I drove by this place several times and didn't even know it was open until a friend asked to go for dinner one night. It's a nice place, alittle on the expensive side for what you get. The drinks seems more watered down with mixes than alcohol. The food was semi fair at best. The Margherita pizza was definitely a disappointment. It only consisted of 4 pieces of mozzarella cheese and very light sprinkle of green and so much sauce the crust was soggy before I could eat...
Out hiking and needed a place to grab a beer and some food. Found this little place pretty much in the middle of nowhere. You can easily pass it by but don't. This tavern definitely hit the marks. Good drinks although not a big beer selection and really good food coming out of a very small kitchen. It certainly worth checking out when in the area.
