Worst experience ever — and I didn’t even have to step foot in the restaurant.
When calling about our reservation, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. When I asked to push our reservation back by an hour, she responded unprofessionally, making comments about our party being “big” and saying our children “should be controlled,” which was completely inappropriate.
She then claimed she still needed time to cook the food and said we hadn’t given her enough time, even though we were simply requesting a later reservation. Instead of trying to work with us or communicating respectfully, she abruptly said she would “just cancel the reservation.”
Just speaking to someone like this over the phone was enough to completely turn me off from ever wanting to try this place. Customer service matters — and if there were an option to give zero stars, that’s what this experience deserves.

I moved out of state and this restaurant is the #1 place I miss most, particularly the Athenian salad with the chicken kabob. I’m seriously contemplating flying home just to get this salad.
