The deal I purchased from Local Flavor expired ($20 cert for $10) but the paid value is still supposed to be accepted after expiration. They refused to accept it and their prices have increased so much, it wasn't worth my drive out here. ($7.85 for a breakfast sandwich?!)

The sandwiches are real good here, unfortunately the move to opening at 7 am means I can never come here for my morning breakfast which I did multiple times a week. And I know a lot of people who'll probably be going somewhere else too. Sucks to give up so much business but I'm already at work by the time they open. It will be missed. ?

First time eating here, and I loved it! The food is made to order, the bagels are made fresh every morning and the coffee tastes so good! Definitely prefer this place over other fancy bagel/coffee shops I've tried. Highly recommend it!

I always get bagels from here. They are fresh. Sometimes (very rarely) they don’t have the type of bagel you may like. I would recommend calling before you get there to confirm!
I called to place a pick up order and they hung up on me after 7 minutes of listening to everything going on then I call back and they just picked up the phone and put it down instead of saying please hold. When the lady gets on the phone she has the nerve to tell me she’s short staff and underpaid well I’m sorry but the underpaid part is a personal problem and you either need to quit your job or talk to your boss. I been a customer for years at this location but something has to be done with pickup orders over the phone.

I actually really loved the bacon egg and cheese I got it two days in a row. The second day I was in the middle of eating my sandwich and it tasted even better the second day. There was hair in my sandwich and I felt so sick afterwards. They also took a pretty long time for the order. They seemed a little unorganized with the cash registers someone would be at one with a line and then walk away and just left the customers waiting there and customers were confused.
