I was in Atlantic City with my great friend of mine ...ending leaving looking for somewhere to eat we came across your restaurant first thing we were greeted with a an amazing smile Her name was Kyle I had soup and a salad my friend asked for her for her recommendations she suggested a sandwich, forget what it was.But he enjoyed it as well as I enjoyed my salad and soup...I left my glasses on the table in the freezing cold.She comes running out hands me.My glasses still with a smile said thank you.I have to say that was one of the top server I had in awhile....I thought outstanding check on our table few times i thought it was amazing. I never really write reviews, but for her.I definitely will because it shows her outstanding performance.still with a smile

Let me start by saying LIZ, you're phenomenal and you deserve a raise. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted pleasantly. You can tell that Denny’s was extremely busy. My friend and I asked for a booth and there was none available. We didn’t mind waiting but we decided to take the half booth that was offered. Upon getting walked to our table a booth freed up that Liz was cleaning. My friend and we were okay with going to the table that was offered, but Liz was kind of rushed to hurry and finish cleaning the booth. Again visually you can see that it is busy.Liz had to tell her coworker to give her a second, customers literally just left the table. My friend and I could see how hard she was working. We sat at the booth and Liz immediately attended us. As my friend and I sat and waited for our food (which was delicious and props to the chef) , we observed Liz gracefully manage all of her tables both large and small parties. When help came to assist her she directed them in a manner that she still supported her coworkers and customers. Everyone of her customers go the same treatment, and was greeted with a big smile. Liz literally zoomed from kitchen to table to taking orders asking guest if they’re okay flawlessly. You couldn’t tell that she was overwhelmed she just did her thing. Liz is an epitome of above and beyond for great customer service! She deserves a raise! Anyone coming in as a new employee even older ones who needs brushing up on customer service, she should train and be put in a supervisory or manager position . Her grace, her presents, her smile, her skill, how she handles high volume is a testament of her character and work ethic!!! LIZ IF YOU SEE THIS YOU GO GIRL !!! You deserve all of your flowers ! The restaurant is located in Galloway, New Jersey. It is near Atlantic City. Parking is easy with a large lot that can accommodate many cars 🚗. Salads, appetizers, breakfast platters, breakfast specials, entrees, desserts and beverages are available. The menu offers a nice variety of options. I ordered the breakfast platter that included eggs and pancakes. The food was very good, well-prepared and priced well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I surely will not be returning to this place anytime soon. When I arrived, this place was not busy at all, which I thought was a good sign as I was in a bit of a hurry. When I sat down I started to look at the menu to get a feel for what I wanted. Keep in mind after I was seated the server was no where in sight. I brushed it off though think she was just giving me time to look over the menu which I respected. Anyway, after I was done there was still no server. Again I thought it was weird but brushed it off. Then after a whopping 25 minutes of waiting the server finally decided to grace me with her presence. I then ordered a drink and waited about another 15 minutes. When it finally arrived the server spilled it on me, threw a towel at me, and told me to clean it up. Now normally I would be totally fine with cleaning it up, because stuff happens and I get it. But the amount of disrespect that was given to me was simply unfathomable. At that point I was just done so I payed for the drink and left. Look, if you like the hit Disney movie Cinderella, please come here because you will be treated exactly like her! Also if you are in a rush clear your calendars!

Gotta give credit where credit is due. This Dennys holds up its standards. classic diner atmosphere with a small bar where I enjoy dining alone. The kitchen staff has been on point the past few years. My food is always made well, and served hot. Some new servers mixed in with OGs but they're all very pleasant and well trained. I had to witness a couple next to us give our server a hard time because of a 4$ upcharge for Xtra hash browns. The man was rude and nasty and blamed her and she ended up getting the charge taken off. Even though I could clearly see an obnoxious giant plate of uneaten Xtra hash brown...I'd like to apologize to our server on behalf of that type of customer. Hopefully your better customers outweigh the ones like that. I know he didn't tip her well, and the treatment was uncalled for. This was on Sunday 10/19 around 10:30a. I don't remember our servers name. She was young, had glasses and very curly hair. Super sweet and very good at her job.
