Coffee was good and made quickly but they are a bit disorganized. We ordered food for two and we’re waiting quite a while even watching the people ahead of us get food first and the employee stationed at food was doing busy work getting ice.
They really need to work on serving the customer first.

Lisa,was the worst customer care at dunking donuts ever, wow. I cant believe the management is keeping someone like that on staff. So rude. The store is losing money just because of this one person. Made us wait, refused to help, made me use the automatic machine. Terrible. Shame on you Lisa..

Visited May-2025, staff poorly trained and disorganised. Equipment not functioning properly and some food items have run out, how can you run out of ice tea and skim milk?
Dunkin has good offering of drinks and food, their people, process and equipment is letting them down.
If you cannot manage so many drink combinations then why not go back to selling just donuts and coffee only.
3 stars, will not return.

The morning staff they are the best after 12pm or 1pm they are the worse I was just there an the line of cars was outside in the Street an it wasn’t moving I went inside an this white lady i think it was the manager, anyway she looks like she didn’t even wanna be there..kinjal an the morning staff are amazing an fast but the other shift are horrible an slow..🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

Ordered caramel swirl coffee with a bagel cream cheese spread and the coffee was terrible they did not put the sugars in the coffee that I requested and the cream cheese was not on the bagel as I requested. I asked the worker and she stated that they no longer do so which I know is a lie cause when I came her a few weeks ago another associate did as I requested. Customer service here is gone to the dogs and the management needs to vet their associates better and ask if they truly want to work with ppl. I get it it’s busy here but hire more ppl. Unacceptable will not support this location any longer

The staff working at this location are rude and ignorant we stood in line for about 10 minutes until one of them realized that we were waiting to be waited on. I would go to a different one if it wasn't on the way to where we we going.
My frozen coffee took 10 minutes to get and the girl was so angry. The coffee was just frozen not the one I ordered. Maybe she was new or just having a bad day. Didn’t have to heart to tell her it was wrong!

I was the only person in line. This woman did not turn around. She started preparing a to go order..when a real customer is right in front of her?? She finished the 2 drinks, I thought “yay my turn”. No, she goes to the back. After another 5 minutes I start saying hello?! Excuse me?!

The staff is totally incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional. Waited an hour for food, came half cooked and the line was out the door. Upon sending this review to Duncan Corporate they did not respond back to me. The brand has gone to the bottom. Good riddance.
