I was there this morning and this lady I was going through a drive-through she asked me what do you want? I said small coffee light and sweet. I said like she asked me what do you want? I said light and sweet I think she got upset because I said I already told you And I think she asked me three times and this lady didn’t put a sugar inside a cup crazy on purpose that’s what I think because I told her three times.

The Dunkin in Smithville is one of my favorites. The staff are all friendly and skilled at their job. They remember their regulars and their orders. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. They never make you feel like you're a bother or dumb for asking for assistance with anything.

Every time I come to this specific location I am given an issue with my order saying it’s not allowed . Now I go to many different Dunkin’s and this is the only location that does this. It’s literally on the app that you can get a bacon,egg, and cheese OR an egg and cheese. So maybe train your employees better

I have been going there ever since I moved to EHT. Although I've been to many other Dunkins. Ever since they were originally Dunkin donuts. Great place to go for coffee and donuts. You have to go early to get the donuts, before they run out. There's also a specialty coffee menu. And they don't make just donuts anymore. They make made to order food items that you can enjoy. They are always coming up with new ideas and promotions. Way to market yourself Dunkin! My old job led me to go before my shifts for a specialty coffee. Caramel flavored iced coffee. Even now, I live 10 minutes away and make the trip a couple times a week. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the service. I always have to wait an awful long time to get service and to receive my order. They have a lot of people coming through the drive-thru, and they work to get them on their way. I personally think any walk-ins suffer because of that. There's always plenty of parking, because most people don't go in. I myself rarely go through drive-thrus. Walking is good for you. I've gone to many other Dunkin's, and the service is much better. I forgot to mention, that particular location participates in the rewards app, and you can order in advance there. If you time it correctly, it will be ready when you arrive.

The two people working were so sweet and professional even though it was extremely busy. The younger girl making the drinks was so kind and apologized many times for the wait even though she was working so hard, she even offered a donut to the mother and daughter in front of me for the inconvenience. Just an amazing staff and they handled the rush like pros.

It’s sometimes a hit or miss. The people for the most part are solid. However the one most annoying thing is they keep covering mg frosted donuts with the paper so then all the frosting comes up. Stop doing that! No other dunks I’ve been to does that. It defeats the purpose of getting one. Drinks mostly are made right but that just seems to be the standard with almost all dunks.
