Service 0/10. I waited 15 min for a bagel egg and cheese i had w my order.(only 4 customers in the store). They continued to take drive through orders. When I asked about my sandwich they just responded " sorry", but that was it...nothing else.

This Dunkin was absolutely disgusting. It looked like they have not wiped the counters in days. I can’t even rate the food because we just walked in and immediately walked out and went to the Starbucks down the road. I’m thankful that we went inside because the drive through was backed up. Only way to know how bad it was inside. I would not order a drink or eat food from there.

i ordered large ice coffee with raspberry and donut flavor and all i could taste was cream was the worst and paid for it and threw out. horrible. i see this dunkin has similar issues before.

Excellent coffee, Dunkin' has options for those preferring non-dairy, very good avocado toasts, they are a bit on expensive side, wish they had options/menu specifying which exact donuts are with which allergens, online they have this information. More so it would be nice if they had options for donuts those without Eggs.

This Dunkin is absolutely disgusting! Their coffee tastes like they reuse their coffee grinds. It never taste fresh. I like to have a fresh cup of hot coffee in the morning and in the evening and they always taste stale both times. Don’t even ask for an iced coffee they will 99% of the time mess it up every time, even when you tell them specifically what you want in it. Rude nasty attitudes from the manager down. They say the employees are a reflection of the Boss so I would hate to see how the General Manager’s attitude is. Galloway Dunkin has falling off and they need to revamp their entire staff and make fresh coffee around the clock using FRESH coffee grinds. I stop going inside because their parking is horrible!!!

i’ve sadly been here a lot and i can confidently say it’s pretty much the worst dunkin in south jersey. the night manager is incredibly rude and will talk on her cell phone that she has shoved into her headset the whole time and then proceed to yell at you for the donuts they don’t have. just drive 5 minutes away to the smithville location.
