If I could leave zero stars, I would. On September 11, 2025, I was publicly humiliated and retaliated against by an employee named Fayth Wilson, who claimed to be the manager. After calmly requesting a remake for a pizza she made incorrectly, for the second time, she became hostile, threw the box at me, and told me to leave or she’d call the cops. I called the police first to protect myself. The first instance, my first visit to this store she made the order with missing toppings and apologized for misreading the ticket. How is your inability to read my issue and should result in this type of retaliatory behavior the next time you see me? I have been to this location TWICE and each time had to deal with this unprofessional woman. I already had no plans to return however when the police arrived she filed a Notice to Trespass that included my full home address, putting my personal safety at risk. The police are now on alert for any suspicious retaliatory behavior, as she is clearly unstable and should never have access to customer information. This is not an isolated incident, other public google reviews name her personally and confirm that she is rude. She has zero professionalism, no customer service skills, and behaves like a nasty human being. If you cannot handle being kind or respectful to paying customers, you do not deserve a job that requires interaction with the public. I am already in communication with Pizza Hut corporate, and I will not stop until she is terminated. I will explore every legal avenue available, no matter how long it takes. I am a very patient and determined human being and as someone with a law degree, I will wait as long as necessary and pursue every legal path until this is fully resolved.
Terrible experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. My order took forever, and when it finally arrived, it was wrong and cold. When I tried to get it fixed, the employee acted like I was bothering them. No apology, no effort to make things right. Definitely not coming back—worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

We went a while without Pizza Hut ever since the one in Manahawkin shut down. I was happy when I moved to the area cause they had a Pizza Hut nearby. At 1st, it was AMAZING, but the last 2 visits have been horrible. The Breadsticks last time had a pound of parsley on them. Even after scaping off the seasoning, it was still not edible. The pizza had no sauce on it either ?? How can you make a pizza with no sauce. Don't know if it's worth trying them again.... So, I tried them again. Made a mobile order. Got there 10 minutes after the time it was ready. When I walked in , 2 employees were bashing another customer who wanted their money back. I strod their for 5 minutes before they addressed my existence. When i gave them my name, They said please give us 10 more minutes. That turned into 15 minutes, so you know they just started making it when I showed up. The "manager" who handed me my food was on her cell phone the whole time and why she handed me my food. The windows were caked with dirt, and it's just a shame what that place has turned into. Hopefully, someone who gives a crap will buy that place and turn it around.

Had a great experience with this Pizza Hut. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza. Since I was staying at a hotel across from this location, I arrived 1 minute early before the 15 minute ready time. The person helping me was very professional, and had the pizza ready to go when I arrived. No complaints with my pizza!

I recently placed a $100 order online via the Pizza Hut website for dinner, hoping to surprise my family. I signed up for text message alerts to stay updated on the status of my order. To my dismay, I received a text stating that my order had been delivered, but there was no food at my doorstep.
I texted the driver, who claimed he left my food on the lawn. I responded, pointing out that I have a Ring video doorbell and it's clear that my food was never delivered. I then called the Pizza Hut store to speak with a supervisor named TJ. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unapologetic, blaming DoorDash for the issue and telling me to take it up with them.
When I contacted DoorDash customer support, they informed me that I needed to address the problem with Pizza Hut since I placed the order through their website. This back-and-forth left me without any food and $100 out of pocket. Here’s the icing on the cake, when I went out to my mailbox to grab my mail, on the side of my home I see my order thrown on the curb out of spite! So at what point was my order really delivered!? Unbelievable!
I will never give my business to Pizza Hut or DoorDash again after this ordeal.

Pizza hut is all about the food tasting the same no matter where you buy it sooooo I wanna talk about the staff at this particular location. My order was picked up by Uber eats and then the order showed online as being cancelled. Well I was never issued a refund so I went down to the store and they confirmed they made the order and it was picked up. At this point I thought Uber eats was gonna just have to refund my money.... they refused. The store even though they had done their part .... they remade my entire order and said they would handle it between them and Uber eats.
The customer service I received that day will keep me coming back forever. Pizza hut needs to recognize the staff at this location... great job and my family thanks you !

I come in with crutches barely able to walk and the selfish worker behind the counter was expecting a tip. So I tip expecting to at least get help with the door. Of course they do nothing to help so I have to walk back holding the pizza alone in crutches. Luckily I didn't fall or drop the pizza but they didn't deserve a tip for sure.

We wanted to order takeout of two medium pizzas with toppings and garlic bread. The host was gracious enough to recommend one of the deals and accommodate replacement sides to what we had wanted instead of what was part of the deal, bread sticks to garlic bread. The Pizza and the Garlic bread themselves were very nicely made. We had wanted to get a two-liter soda bottle; Coke is something that we had wanted to purchase, but Pizza Hut only has Pepsis, letting her know the same she offered to give us free soda with a bottle of this same. Pepsi, after a long while having the same, tasted quite nice.
