Came to this location for the first time. A young boy made my orders. My salad specifically was not good. Barely any dressing and my base was pasta. The pasta is under cooked. It’s close to being hard instead of soft. Really disappointed because it’s pricey, barely any dressing with a lot of flavorless hard pasta.

Being going to salad works since they opened always enjoyed it. The food is always fresh and great tasting! The environment is clean, bright, friendly, and fast. Ordered 4 salads over the phone and was made and bagged fresh before I even got there. Always a great experience.

I have always enjoyed this establishment. Friendly staff, clean environment and fast service. The only thing I noticed was different, is the fact that they do not mix the salad in the silver bowls but make the salad directly into the take out container. I didn't feel as though I received less, but my salad appeared sectioned into categories rather than being a mixed salad. I was hoping to find chick peas but no. I don't know if they are saving the effort of washing the silver mix bowls or just cutting corners, but to mix it yourself in a carry out container is not easy.

I came in because my office had a big order, and I thought my food was missing (turns out someone ate it). But Alicia and her team on Tuesday 4/8/25 remade my food with no questions. They were so helpful and sweet. I love this location salad works!!! Saved me from a hangry cry literally.

It saddens me that I have to leave a bad review because this place used to be a good place to go and have a fresh salad years ago. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but this unsanitary situation has happened to be twice! Yesterday November 24, 2024 I walked it to Saladworks in Galloway at about 6:15pm. I told the visibly agitated server what I wanted and I watched him dig his hands in the lettuces “with gloves on” and put it in the bucket where they store the lettuce and placed it in the mixing bowl. He then did the same with the cheese, chicken, etc. I took a deep breath and walked out! This situation didn’t sit well with me so I decided to call the shop “no one answer till the third call” I asked of I can speak to a supervisor. They man on the other end said the supervisor left for the day. So I explained what happened and his response was, “Yeah the shop is about to close and we don’t have utensils because they’re being washed.” UNBELIEVABLE! So I say “Y’all place of business closes at 7pm and it’s 6:20pm but I arrived at 6:15pm the utensils should’ve still be available for you to use because y’all are not closed for the day. It’s very unprofessional and disgusting how y’all handle people food.” And I hung the phone up. Unfortunately this is the second time that happened to me regarding Saladworks. They workers do not change their gloves after touching different surfaces including the dirty charts and buckets they touch with they hands with gloves on and processes to touch customers food with the same gloves on. That was my last time coming to Saladworks.

Ordered online. One salad was missing cheese requested. One salad paid extra for egg and there was maybe 1/2 a hardboiled egg. We ordered brownies & they were missing.

Came here at 7:25pm august 1st. There was a gentleman named Julian working by himself upfront while the other employee was on the side texting. He asked her to help him with the next customer (which was me) and she walked away annoyed. I waited patiently & ordered my salad and Julian had amazing customer service. I asked him if I could give him a personal tip & he said that he would have to ask her which I concluded she was the shift leader or manager at the time. My salad was really good & because of Julian my experience wasnt as bad. But that ladies gesture was very rude & just very unnecessary.
