Multiple flying bugs in the food display. Worker told me that they know about it. Most landing on brownie.

I’m a local and have been to so many Starbucks within Atlantic county, Gloucester County, Camden county and more. This particular location just always seems to get it right! Service with a smile, getting my order right, and a clean atmosphere all across-the-board. I can’t say enough good things.

Mobile ordered and the gentleman that waited on me was fabulous. In store greeting, made sure my order was correct, very polite and personable.

Worst location in all of NJ, literally refused to remake my drink that was so wrong… what a waste of money never stopping here again! The other Galloway store is much more friendlier and professional. Go there instead skip this place!!

Every single time I am compelled at stop at this place on my way leaving the shore and Atlantic City there is a huge line in the drive thru and inside is very disorganized. The other Galloway location is much more fast and pleasant.

Ordered online at 2 pm, and the drinks came out after 40 mins....were they cooking my drink???? Even foods don't come out that late. If you are in a rush, don't order from this place.

Honestly so slow. They forgot about us while waiting in the drive thru. Starbucks as a company and as a purchase becoming less relevant every day when their service continued to dwindle.

This is the slowest Starbucks location I have ever been to. I’ve been coming for two years now, and every time I go, I have to make sure I have at least 30 minutes to spare, because that is literally how long it takes to get a drink here anytime a day. I know there are worse problems to have in the world, but this establishment is really not efficient.

The coffee is great but expensive. The location is 25 miles away from my house

I went here this past weekend and the service was horrible. I waited over 30 minutes for the two small lattes I ordered and they were nowhere near getting ready to start them. It seemed like mobile orders took such a big priority over ordering in person. I was never offered a receipt either but luckily they were able to give me a refund.

I showed up and they were not accepting walk-in orders because they were understaffed, this is understandable and I have no problems.. but the mobile app was accepting walk-in orders, which I had already made. I was able to use the drive through to receive my order, but what if I had no car? I saw this very thing happen to a poor woman who was forced to bang on the front door while feeling very ashamed. This misrepresentation of available services is highly unprofessional. As I understand it the individual stores have little control over what the app shows, so this is a red mark on corporate. Shame on you for making stores and their workers look bad.
How hard is it to make a quad long shot espresso with mocha cold foam? I drove away and when I went to drink it, it was definitely not long shots and it was so cold that the cold foam never melted. This was an hour after I got this and I only took a sip. Long shot espresso has water also, the cup should have been filled! If it was remotely hot the cold foam would have melted in minutes… this is every time I go. I call it the ”mystery cup” because it’s always different. I would never go here, but my kids want to go. I literally drive right to wawa or have to stop home to microwave my coffee every time. Idk if it’s incompetence or these kids are doing it purposely.. I honestly hope it’s purposely because if these kids can’t make a cofffee, society is doomed! Way too much money to continually throw out the coffee.
