Went tonight for dinner with friends and what a special treat. This place has really good food and the service is top notch. I requested a special plate and the chef/owner made it and it was outstanding. We will be back for sure!

This restaurant has the best Cuban food that we have ever had in NJ. It compares very favorably to the best Cuban restaurants in Miami. You will not be disappointed. Besides its fabulous authentic Cuban food, the atmosphere is adorable and has beautiful Cuban music to add to a wonderful night out.

This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere, the food, the hospitality, it has it all. We had the empanadas to start, which were the closest we’ve had to my own recipe, and so good. The entrees were plentiful, and the service was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about A Cozy Corner Cuban Bistro.

Do not order the food is bland and taste old , we tried to give this place a second chance and it was a big big disappointment. Heavy grease on fries (see pics ) THIS IS NOT REAL CUBAN FOOD!

Pleasantly surprised... I'm Cuban and drove 30min because our local spot closed years ago. I will come again.... had delicious empanadas, croquetas.... bistec de cerdo con congri and platanos maduro. My husband (who is very picky) had the lamb and loved it.

Being of cuban descent I am very cautious of where I choose to eat, most restaurants I have encountered want to make Cuban food gourmet, but in reality I just want to eat somewhere where it feels like my grandma is in the kitchen. The atmosphere was beautiful, pictures of Cuba and of course Celia Cruz. The owner came by to greet us and make sure we were well, the food was amazing, its a BYOB and accomadated us. The best part was when the owner came back when we were done and asked how was everything, I ordered churro for desert and what I got was a churro with cinnamon and sugar, of course I am not used to cinnamon on my churro I commented and stated cuban churros don't have cinnamon, he promptly made me my churro with just sugar....Ty , Ty it was great, no need to add cinnamon to something that is so simple and delicious...Keep grandma in the kitchen , keep it simple, keep it authentic, definately will be going back...

Great spot! If you like Spanish food definitely give it a try. I had the Pollo Empanadas as an appetizer and the Ropa Vieja for my main course. They both came out fast and were super tasty! I will be back!
