I had a great time at The Black Sheep! The food was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly. I have to give a shoutout to the tiramisu—it was amazing! So creamy and flavorful, I’m still thinking about it. The whole vibe of the place was cozy and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

if you like good food this is the place to go. We had a little bit of everything. Highly recommend the cheese and meat board and the gnocchi is amazing. The winner of the night was the tuna and don't skip dessert. We will come back.

If you haven't been, go now! The vibe is amazing. I lived in NYC and Jersey City, but moved to Westfield and missing the restaurants, so I am very thankful to have found a place with such a great atmosphere.

They have an amazing, creative menu that changes frequently. I've loved everything I've tried but particularly love the tuna, mussels, pimento cheese and seafood stew. My husband loves their steaks. Great bar with great bartenders, a solid menu, plus anything else you could ever want. Definitely recommend!

Black Sheep Bar & Provisions in Garwood, NJ, is a hidden gem! The vibe is awesome with good music and a nice bourbon selection. Our waitress were friendly and made us feel right at home.

We started with the wings—crispy, sweet with a little heat, and paired perfectly with Gorgonzola dip. The Caesar salad had pickled shallots that took it to the next level. For dinner, I had the cheeseburger, which was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The broccoli rabe and potatoes were just as good. The Old Fashioned was spot on too—balanced and delicious.

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and we wanted to try something new. Someone told us about Black Sheep so we figured we would give it a shot.
We were so impressed. We got there early and sat at the bar. The bartender was obviously a mixologist because not only did he make me an amazing drink, he knew the history of how it came about! Once we were seated, we ordered the clams as an appetizer. So good. Buttery with crunchy breadcrumbs on top. Delicious. My husband had the fried lamb chops and I ordered the ricotta gnocchi. They were both different takes on traditional things and were both amazing. We also ordered a side of cornbread. It was baked to a slight crispiness on top, soft on the inside and a drizzle of honey. Piping hot. One of the most impressive things about this restaurant is that every dish came out piping hot. I can’t remember the last time I went to a restaurant where the food came out hot off the stove like that.
The service was great too! Our waitress was attentive and really nice. We even got a surprise glass of champagne for our anniversary! Overall we had a really great experience and we will definitely be back again.

We had an exceptional evening at Black sheep. The food was AMAZING. Different concepts that you don't see everyday. The cocktails were creative and delicious. Our server was knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend you check this wonderful restaurant out.
