The atmosphere and service were good, but the Chipotle chicken sandwich was disappointing. The bread was excessively chewy and felt like it had been microwaved, making it hard to bite through or tear. The sandwich itself was bland and lacked flavor. I wouldn’t order it again.

My favorite spot for sandwiches in the area. Ingredients taste fresh and high quality. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Sometimes we take our toddler here for breakfast, because there are plenty of seats and high chairs.

&Grain is a absolute gem. Walked right into an open and warm atmosphere filled with fresh baked breads and pastries. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was incredible - fresh, flavorful and perfectly prepared.

We recently ordered a luncheon from this restaurant and could not be happier. The food was delicious, fresh, and packed so professionally. The sandwiches (Chipotle Chicken, Ham & Brie and especially the Albt were amazing. Chocolate chip cookies were warm and delicious. Highly recommend this place and will use again for future luncheons.

Stopped by today for a quick lunch. There was plenty of off street parking in the back. The space is super cute and Juliana was super helpful sharing her personal favorites. The ABLT is was cooked perfectly. Crispy bacon, perfectly toasted bread, and a chipotle mayo that I’m still thinking about. Brought some bread and pastries home for later/tomorrow too! Will definitely visit again soon!!

Great food, made to order. But for the busy everyday person who would look to work while waiting on food is inconvenient due to not providing WiFi in 2024. I’ve skipped this place for lunch a few times because I know I can’t work and eat.
I waited 40min for a $10 bacon, egg, and cheese on a ciabatta that I wouldn’t rate higher than decent. There was barely anything on the bread! I don’t really understand what I was paying for or how that could take so long to make. This place doesn’t have the skill or bandwidth to handle a semi busy Saturday morning. Much better options around.
