The manager has Horrible customer service on the register. No interaction with me ,just straight rush me through my order.She look at people with a rude face . Instead of smiling she's always frowning. While she was at the register she left the register to go in the back to tell empolye to give a small cup of water to the people at the drive thru when the person comes. Mind you i speak Spanish ,she didn't even know I heard her conversation .Which was very rude of her to walk off when we was in middle of a conversation about my order . Run back the camera on August 19,2025 at @6:50pm. Instead of gossiping she should be working. Spanish older women ( button down shirt) with black pants . Horrible and worse attitude I ever seen in my life . McDonald's do better . She's definitely a manger heavy set . Be careful guys going while she's there!!!!!!!!

I just want to speak on the poor customer service at this McDonald’s. The womens service working inside are often rude and always have an attitude on their faces. If you don’t want to work, then don’t show up to work. No one wants to come to McDonald’s and be treated with disrespect. The older woman in the black shirt with a ponytail (looks around 50–60 years old) consistently has an attitude every time. It’s unacceptable. Please do better. Customers deserve better treatment. It’s always the Women in the front !!!
She’s oldish 50to 60 she. Black shirt button down, hair in pony tail . She’s never have a hair net on . She’s Spanish older lady . You won’t miss her at all.

I did a mobile order so they didn’t just hear my wrong. I ordered two burgers. One was missing bacon and one was entirely missing. But the biggest issues is I ordered a Coke Zero. I got a regular coke. I’m a diabetic! This could have killed me!

The girl working the drive-thru with the braids has a major attitude and is arguing with customers placing orders. If she doesn’t want to do her job, she shouldn’t be there—someone who actually wants to work should have that opportunity. And with that kind of attitude at 10 a.m.? Seriously?

Great place I've been coming to this place since I was a kid but lately they're allowing too much homeless ppl and it's filled with really bad smell, you can't even enjoy your food. Today had to walk out me and my kid, we couldn't stand the smell and the homeless guy had all his clothes and stuff all over those tables and floor.
