So, apparently, McDonald's has a time counter that is supposed to record how long each customer takes to get served. Well, if they don't have your order ready right away, they tell you to move forward and wait for someone to bring the food to you. They asked me to do this last time I was there and forgot about me. I waited and waited. Finally, I reversed back to the pickup window and asked if they had to catch the fish first. The guy laughed at my joke and then realized they had forgotten about me. They got my order together, and when I got home, I realized they left out a double cheeseburger. Not a good experience this time. (12/20 Night crew)

Some of the waxers are great, and with others the inexperience shows. The policies and time limits make for a very rushed wax and there are plenty of spots where hair grows on the body but they fall outside of the zone you're paying to wax, even when you get a good waxer. The wax itself though, is great and if and when you can get it applied where it needs to go, the hair will come out and the skin will be smooth!

I never thought I’d leave a Google review of a McDonald’s but here we go….by far it’s friendliest, fastest McDonald’s ever. The staff are always so kind and sincere, we’ve literally never had a problem with an order and the food is always the freshest possible — and it’s consistent. Nice work!

They were utterly disrespectful. Filled my smoothie halfway then refused to refund me or fill it up. They say wait in the parking lot and took 15 minutes. They never came so I went inside.

I ordered a large iced coffee and the late night order taker on 8/18 gave it to me in a medium cup and tried to sell me that how that is how McDonalds does their large iced coffee. I said no it’s not, his partner then had the guiltiest look on his face and smiled, indicating I was completely accurate. Terrible service on the night shift of 8/18
