They don’t have any vegetables but they know that only after they start the order and after you pay. You guys have to get someone else into the store as a manager because these 2 kids just talk and talk and talk and don’t know how to do their job. Not recommended.

The staff are so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. I had a question about the passion fruit as a base and was given a sample to try so that I knew whether I was going to like it or not. The passion fruit base did not let me down. It was the best Bonji bowl I’d ever had. Usually, I get the açaí which is really good , but as an obsessed fan of passion fruit I’m so glad I chose that instead. The store is immaculately clean too!!

I actually worked at the summit location for a couple months. I’ll hand it to them that their food is definitely in the upper echelon in terms of quality. The location has since closed unsurprisingly to me. In the entire time I worked there it felt like I maybe had 4 customers. At the time of my employment I was a smoker(vape) and was really surprised when the owners told me they are okay with me doing it inside the store as long as I went into the back so no customers saw me. Also the majority of my co-workers were high during their shifts. I also found us running out of supplies quite often, mainly cleaning product and gloves. The owners are pretty chill and I got pretty close with one of them, Liam G. I remember when he was telling me how he landed a deal with some convenience store to sell his granola there. I felt very happy for him as he worked hard and it was paying off. I remember someone came into the store one time and I told Liam I thought she was attractive(I was 16 at the time). And I thought nothing of it as him and I would talk about things of that nature often, I mean c’mon were dudes. I ended up getting her Instagram and he came up in my face after I told him and gave me a stark warning that what I was doing was a bad idea. I noted it and blocked her on Instagram right after. About 10 minutes later I was brought into the office and got yelled out about not respecting them and then they fired me. I really have no idea what I did wrong and to this day have no idea why I was terminated. I was close friends with one of their long time workers and when I told her what happened she was shocked and had no idea why they did it. This was my experience at the summit location and maybe the Gillette one is different, but I have my doubts. I just thought I would share my experience on here because who knows maybe it will help someone.

please don’t advertise that you add granola to your bowls if it’s raw uncooked oats. grinding raw oats doesn’t make it granola. never felt so sick in my life.

Fresh and delicious smoothie bowls that are very filling. The acai is by far the best that I've ever had, and am always greeted by a friendly staff! I always buy their scoop-able smoothie pints too, so I never run out!!

I have been to this shop many times over the past few years and was for the most part satisfied with the product and service. However during my recent visits My experiences have not been that great. For the most part the product is really good. My gripe is mainly with the staff. Let me start by saying they are all really pleasant and professional. But they don’t make the drinks correctly. Last week when I visited I ordered a Cinna Burst. This recipe calls for Kale. I was watching the young ladies make the shake as they discussed “boys” and noticed they did not put kale into it. When I asked I was told they had no more kale. This is fine. I get it. Stores run out of product. (Even though there a Supermarket a short walk away across the parking lot) My complaint is that she didn’t even mention it to me. And if I didn’t ask she would have never said anything. This is a problem for me. I just got done with a long workout and rather then going home and making my own shake I decided to choose convenience and supporting my local businesses and bought a shake. My next experience was today. I ordered the same shake. Again the staff was really nice and professional. I chose plant protein for an a small additional charge this time The young girl making the shake slipped on the cinnamon but she realized it and used a spoon to scoop it out. The only problem is that she also scooped out half of the protein that she scooped in. I had to ask if she could add protein to the shake. If I didn’t ask it would have just been made without it. So now another scoop of protein was added. ( on top of what was in there already) The cinnamon was eye balled and when she added peanut butter she kind of just squirt it in excess. My point is the shake was not made correctly and you could taste the difference. I already left the store and had to go so I wasn’t gnna go back. She meant well and was really nice. But my suggestion would be next time if you make a mistake just dump it out and start over. It’s also worth mentioning that my girlfriend ordered one of the juices from the menu and was told the store was out of apples. Again there’s a supermarket less then a 1 min walk away. I don’t like leaving reviews that are negative but it’s important that the owner is aware of these issues in order to correct them. I will be returning for another shake. Hopefully my experience is better. I will edit this review if my next visit is good. BTW the 2 young guys that work in the morning are great. Shakes are always good and they are very professional.
