I have been a customer at this location for 30 years. Their food is always top notch and they always get my order right. Some of the employees that worked there back then are surprisingly still working there. It is always nice to see familiar faces. The people who work at this location are always super nice. One gave me multiple free ice cream cones years ago after telling them it was my birthday.

Ordered from them at 10.30pm and they obviously couldn't be arsed to read and so just threw something in a bag so they could go home asap. Missed half my order. Gave a refund but when I am ordering late at night and paid extra for fast delivery and tipped in advance I think this is just crap service. You had one job, read the order, make it, out it in a bag and give it delivery driver. Your staff need talking to if these basics aren't met.
