I placed an online order and they forgot to add my COOKIE so I called to get a credit spoke with Victor the manager he stated he couldn't credit my account because I did an online order. Not to mention I used the Panera app. Will not order from them again.

A big panera branch. Ample of comfortable seating that are spaced appropriately between tables. No drive thru. Clean and organized place as well as the rest room. High chair observed. A lot of parking space. See images for reference.

So I stopped here for a quick coffee & bakery item after I dropped off my daughter for her soccer warm ups before her 7:30pm game. Happy to see the store hours say open till 10pm, I planned to bring her & some teammates back to eat something before heading back home an hour away on a school night. We got back at 9:01pm & the doors were locked. They completely ignored us. Smh. Very very disappointing & unprofessional. Fix your store hours. Unacceptable for such a well known Corp Franchise eatery. Additionally, the bakery item was not good. Tasted old & the flavor was like it was cooked along side a curry food item. 👎🏽
