Absolutely useless!
The purpose of having an app to order ahead is to have it ready when you get there
Walk-in one customer at a table
One staff member mopping a floor
One Staff member not making drinks for the customer
I seriously doubt this is what shareholders risk their money for
This is what the new CEO is trying to stop
God bless him and his effort!
If you need something before you go to dinner or it is important, this is not your place
If you have an afternoon to waste, go for it!

Very good. Coffee was made relatively quickly and well. The baristas there are always so sweet and patient. They always are willing to say hi to a friendly face.
I personally adore the pumpkin chai latte in fall!

The frappuccinos here are excellent. The baristas are always friendly and helpful. We get the used coffee grounds here for gardening and we're really happy to see that there are some conservation efforts to reduce landfill waste.

Excellent service and great staff. They make good drinks and are always super friendly. The first time I came with my one year old who spilled my drink. They were so understanding and helpful and gave me a refill. Great manager and staff!

I've showed up this morning and the door was locked. I'd understand if this was a one off occurrence but it's been like this 4-5 times in the last two weeks. This is usually my go to Starbucks because I love the baristas but I don't want to deal with an unreliable opening operation when I'm trying to get to work.

This branch is the one that I most like because the ambiance is still nice and clean compared to nearby ones, where I don’t know if it’s only my impression, but I observe that more and more the ambience lost its charm. The chairs and couch are not well put, the floors and tables look dirty and the counter to self service is a mess… maybe because most of the orders are take outs and the baristas are always insanely busy.
Although does not matter the branch the service is always amazing. I admire Starbucks baristas!!!

The drink was good and it was getting cleaned up meaning mopping, sweeping, etc so it was a clean atmosphere. Also the cup selection was great as I get them often as a treat! But one thing that really put me of is that a working man was being super patient with the man in front of me, answering his questions, smiling, etc but once it got to me he was super super rude and impatient. I asked him what the sizes were and the response was “I don’t know small median or large” and just super annoyed and well I am younger I want the same respect that he gave the man infront of me!!!!

Never ever going here again. Multiple times over the past few years they apparently didn't have anybody to work and so just randomly closed early or shut down at odd hours. Now this morning I placed an order through the app, arrived at the location, and it was locked and closed even though it was supposed to be open, and even though my payment went through on the app and nothing indicated that the location was closed. So they took my money on the app but didn't bother to come to work today. Now I have to fight to get a refund. Awful awful management. The employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Forgot to tip one time and ever since my orders keeps getting messed up. Or straight up “oh, we forgot to make it” from time to time. I guess $18 an hour to make coffee isn’t enough. Idk…

One of my favorite Starbucks I go to. Isabella deserves a shoutout as I constantly see her juggling a million things while still displaying great customer service not only to me, but everyone she’s speaking to.
