I have been getting Alumni Grill for a bit and always thought it was great. The price has always been an issue but found I have found a way around it. My main issue and the reason that I am writing this review is because of the quality of food lately. I ordered a chicken sandwich through GrubHub and I was told 20-30 minutes and was never updated on the completion of my order. I am not sure if it was a GrubHub issue or something from Alumni Grill’s end. But something that most certainly their fault was that the chicken was raw. It was near the end of closing so I am assuming that they wanted to get out of there and just threw this in a box. This is a shame because I was raving about this place to the person I got the chicken sandwich for.

The food is amazing, really good quality. The two workers Alexa and MJ are always polite and get to me right away. I eat the wild ocean every single time I go there and Alumni grill gives me a great place to eat in between class and get work done. The decoration and theme of the place is great and provides a really unique feel to Rowan students on the Glassboro campus. The Spotify playlist could use some work.Overall 9/10 food and good service with a nice place to do work.

Place was empty and I see why. Orders two paninis.both came with bacon. Only ONE Slice on each Sammy. They took over 25 mins to complete the order. Never coming back.

Been wanting to try this place. Got the Jekyll and Hyde sandwich with garlic parm mozz sticks. While the ingredients were good, the sandwich was very skimpy, had little to no bacon, and had 2 inches of empty roll at each end of the sandwich. The mozzarella sticks appeared to have been cooked long before the sandwich as they were cold with hard cheese. Not my kind of place

I’m sitting in Alumni Grill right now and I just finished The Jock Panini and boy am I satisfied. My friend got Mozzarella w/ marinara and when he was done he still had some marinara left so I asked if I can have it. I dipped the Jock Panini in the marinara…Speechless is what I am.UPDATE: I told my other friend about The Jock Panini and it took him 6 bites just to put it down. His words “Scumches”
It was an embarrassingly long wait just for mozzarella sticks, with many people also waiting 15+ minutes for an order. Also a couple of people seemed to be handed the wrong orders. High prices and long waits.

I really wanted to love this place, but they refuse to accept my coupon from the entertainment coupon app that I pay for every year. My family and I wanted to try this place bad but the guy basically accused me of fraud and told me my coupon was fake. Check the entertainment coupon app which is legit, I've used this app at hundreds of places and have never had a problem using a coupon.

They got rid of all Gluten free options. You can get a grilled chicken salad with no guarantee on the GF dressing for $18. Seriously?
