We visited today and so happy we did! Cozy small diner with friendly service. You can tell locals love it because multiple came in and the staff already knew their orders. I ordered the over easy egg, bacon, home fries and toast as well as an order of short stack pancakes with scrapple. The bacon was perfectly crispy which I love. We'll definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a classic diner experience in Glassboro NJ.

Anytime I'm in New Jersey, especially in the early morning hours, I stop at a local diner. Jersey is the capital of diners and has the most of any state in the union. While traveling back home from Atlantic City, I stopped at Angelo's in Glassboro. It's small, it's dated (retro) and the menu is small and simple. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast and coffee. That's all you need, nothing fancy. I went with a spinach, onion and cheese omelette. The food came out hot and was cooked to order. The bacon crisp and the toast already buttered. The service was quick and courteous. One tip, bring cash. It's appreciated here.

Old school diner in the best sense of the word. The food is inexpensive and hearty. The coffee is hot and abundant. The waitresses call you "hun" and seem like they've been there forever. The decore is classic diner. Loved this place in college for a good omlette after a night of drinking. And, after my recent visit, I am overjoyed to see it hasn't changed much in those 30 years.
