On 10/26/2024 at 5:44pm we walked in & ordered our food. They didn’t get the order right at all, I think we were given someone else’s order & the food was horrible. The only thing they got right was my slushy & the large Coke. We didn’t realize it until we were too far away & we didn’t feel like going back, we had so much we were doing that day. I was so pissed that I had to get something to eat elsewhere. Why on earth did we not get anything as far as food that we ordered? It had to be someone else’s order. They were pretty incompetent at that location. Plus we waited forever only to get a wrong order. I want to be compensated for the horrible service, I’ll never go back there. So disappointed with this. I’m adding to this review cause I was requested by the owner to reply on a website to fix things, but everytime I try to send a message to them it won’t send, some kind of error, help

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this location. I found a nasty hair in my burger and it completely turned my stomach - it was beyond gross!!! This shows a total lack of hygiene and care in the kitchen. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this place !

Wellllllll. The big issue was the strawberry milkshake It had a sour cheesey taste. So after one sip it became trash. Actually it was trash when I PAID for it. Fast food is fast food. Eat it and it wants to come out fast too.

Honestly, the food is amazing. Checkers is pretty good. However, the drive-through is fine. A little slow but for the most part it’s OK. If you wanted to order inside though because let’s say the drive-through was busy inside is quite cramped. There’s not a lot of space. There’s nowhere to sit inside. There are tables outside, however for you to sit. They’re getting better at the technology, but they’re a little slow sometimes when it comes to using the app and stuff like that or it depends on who’s working that shift.
Vegetarian options: Look if you don’t wanna eat meat there are options if you’re eating chicken or fish they have chicken and fish options. If you don’t want chicken or fish, I mean vegetarian is different from vegan so you can have the mozzarella sticks and some other sides I think but nothing much more than that and if you’re vegan, I wouldn’t recommend this place
