Today I received a notification through Door dash that this business is reporting missing orders after I pick them up. I got into an argument with this manager last week over portion sizes, and now when I show up to get orders while doing deliveries, she falsely reports them as missing. I've reported her to Door dash, I contacted the customer from yesterday's order on 7/3/25 and they confirmed that they got their food and that no items were missing. Door dash also contacted the customer to confirm, as Chipotle was the only party to file a grievance, which means the manager here is committing fraud. I will continue to Dash here and if she does it again I will file a lawsuit against Chipotle for enabling fraudulent practices.

Oh my Gosh! I have never been to a Mexican buffet before! This did not disappoint! The food tasted delicious and homemade š š the price was wonderful! The service was magnificent too!

Terrible service and horribly managed. Every single time we try to get food from this location they seem to be out of a key ingredient.
I have experience in the fast food/casual dining industry, and I understand that you have to manage waste towards the end of the day. However, this location seems to have a donāt care attitude and are always flippant about being out of what you want.
I love Chipotle but unfortunately, if this location doesnāt turn it around, Iām afraid they wonāt last much longer.

This location has a lot of issues, they constantly run out of stuff, on two occasions Iāve found hair in my bowls. First review Iāve written but this place warrants it as itās that bad. Donāt even think about getting a drive through meal. They need to make a change, I wonāt be going to this location anymore.

Worst chipotle ever. Me and my girlfriend ordered on the app and both the bowls werenāt even half filled. We both ordered DOUBLE meat and there was probably less than a scoop. Absolutely disgraceful.

I have to say that this chipotle is ultimately the best chipotle Iāve ever been to in all states the food is always fresh they are always greeting us with customer service I feel like this needs to be really hurt and they need their accolades for doing such an amazing job as a staff in the drive-through window Fal , she is amazing she already prepped my order and knows exactly exactly what sauces I want sheās always on point and always reading me at the drive-through. The manager is extremely nice and always concerned about our customer satisfaction needs. They work very hard and I hope this helps acknowledge all the workers there

I ordered online the portion size was a good size but the food was genuinely nasty love chipotle and get the same order every time havenāt had it in while there was no flavour the steak had no seasoning left out some of my toppings and the white rice didnāt have any cilantro worst bowl Iāve ever consumed
I was really let down by my recent visit to Chipotle. Several items were out of stock, which made it hard to order what I wanted. To make things worse, the person working the register was rude and didnāt seem to care about the situation. I understand that things can run out, but the lack of customer service and poor attitude left a bad impression. Iāve had much better experiences at other locations, and I wonāt be coming back to this one anytime soon.

I don't usually eat Chipotle, but I had a gift card. Went around 1pm on a weekday and had a surprisingly pleasant time! The staff was very friendly, I feel like I got a good sized bowl. The place was clean, the meat was tasty and cooked well. Happy camper.

They close at 11. I went over at 8:00 and they didnāt have cheese , corn , salsa , fajitas , guacamole and white rice . Iām a vegetarian and I was gonna order a veggie bowl. What would they do till 11 just serve customers meat and brown rice . You guys should stock up if u close at 11 expecting someone to come and order if yall have all ingredients. I hope the owner look upon this and improve the situation.

I have never had a worse experience at any place of service in my life. I was just there and the staff was so unbelievably rude through out my whole encounter. I went in at around 6:30 way before they close and they told me that they did not have white rice, steak, lettuce, and guac. Then they I wouldn't even be able to wait for it because it would take too long. I asked if they could please at least give me the lettuce on the only other things available and they said they didn't have anymore. I knew this was BS so i waited and eventually they got it slowly. I was very respectful about it despite the man bagging at the register was staring at me asking them what they do in fact have as my bowl was 1/4 full and they continued to deny me anything I asked for. Other people in the store over herd and left. They workers made me so uncomfortable I bought this bowl with virtually nothing i asked for just chicken and brown rice and lettuce I had to beg for. I even said thank you at the end and just received stares
