Worst chipotle I’ve ever been. Staff doesn’t care, they give 3 grain pieces of rice and gets the guacamole all over the side of the bowl and lid. Terrible service

Be sure to check your order carefully before leaving. Picked up my order - everything looked ok. Got home and as we started eating, had the wrong meat, and missing toppings and incorrect toppings. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with my order from this location

chicken was burnt and bitter. rice was uncooked. had a few bites and then felt awful. stomach issues and vomiting for hours, couldn't eat normally for 24 hours. ruined chipotle for me.

The staff on shift was moving fast to get customers out the way and not listen to what the customers actually want. When I was able to look at my receipt I was charged twice for guacamole and I only got guacamole on one of my bowls. I never had any issues before today but I just don’t like how I was being rushed out of the line and the woman grabbing my bowl before allowing her coworker to add my lettuce to my bowl. This was around 6 pm shift

I’ve left a negative review of this location in the past. Waited a while and tried again—it’s been pretty good until today.
They were having a bad night—have our order to someone else, pick ups were backed up, and we waited a while for our food. A couple of staff members were really nice and it was appreciated.
Unfortunately the food was terrible. I paid for double protein, double veg—there were hardly any veggies at all and the meat was way too salty. Couldn’t eat it—so much salt that it irritated my mouth.
Was going to let it go—however my kid wound up with a stomach ache, and is awake again with another stomach ache. Typically I would not point fingers so quickly but the timing is suspect. Don’t think we will be back at this location for a while.

It’s 2:28 on 7/13/25 Bae and I were hungry so decided to stop at this chipotle, despite its 2.2 review. When we walked in we were greeted by the kindest human Michael Woods. He told us someone would be right with us. Another staff member came right to us, Khabir. He was so polite and kind. He asked what he can get for us and made us the best burrito known to man. Once he was done we went to the register where we met Deja. She was also very polite and kind. Everyone was so warm and soft spoken and it’s a breathe of fresh air to have amazing service at fast food establishment again. THANK YOU SO MUCH MICHEAL, DEJA & KHABIR💕. May GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU GUYS💕.
I was so sceptic based on the reviews but decided to give it a chance because my family and I were really craving chipotle. So we went ahead and gave it a try. To our surprise, it was amazing. The food was so fresh and the atmosphere was so pleasant and clean. The servers were nice and the burrito was so juicy and they put everything we asked for. We give it 5 stars.

The food is very good here, much better than the one in Sewell. But here is where I’m taking stars off, the service not very good and lousy. The atmosphere is mediocre, I just think the staff need a better attitude for sure. Portions are generous but attitude is not.
