Normally order all our pizzas from Glassboro store. Have had nothing but great results at West Deptford, unfortunately third problem with delivery with Glassboro store. Sent wrong pizza was disconnected put on hold for over ten minutes. Called three times to get fixed today. Prevous order six months was over an hour. Previous wrong pizza again sent year ago. Getting tired of this, know business have problems occasionally but this is tiring especially when you have grandkids waiting to eat.

I won’t 3 30 dollar gift cards at an event near rowan. I ordered 28 dollars worth of food. The cards all said no strings attached and nothing else. I was told I couldn’t use all 3. I could only use 1. I try to explain to the “manager” who didn’t actually want to have time for me that the cards don’t say that and I asked if it were worth the bad review. He kicked me out for “threatening a bad review”. I eventually got his attention back and his solution was to split the bill. But splitting the bill still had me spending money on food I had gift cards to cover. Eventually it ended with me leaving with only half my order and paying money out of my pocket. He told me it’s prob set up to keep me coming back, unfortunately no where in the “gift card” does it say it’s a coupon, and it actually says 10 dollar gift card no string attached. I’ve been going there for years, I won’t be back. The manager and the person working decided it was a better idea to throw away the food they already made just bc they can’t figure out that a 10 dollar gift card is a 10 dollar gift card regardless of what your POS system allows you to do. I also didn’t know the store was a cooperate spot. I won’t be back.

The system here is actually terrible. I waited for over an hour for two cold slices of pizza. People who came in after me and ordered after me, walking out with 3 to 5 pies. Just for me to find out that my order was just sitting on top of the oven in a brown box. I don’t know how their prioritize order here but I’m not coming back.

My son loves their pizza so we stopped for some. I did try it, and it was good, but not my style. I won't discredit them for my tastes. I prefer a more flavorful sauce.

Fries were pretty basic, but my son enjoyed everything so that's all I need to hear.

I’m not from the area but I stay in the hotel up the street every week. Drove past Ciconte’s and decided to turn around and grab a cheesesteak real quick. It was before 9 and asked if I could order something. They paused but then said ok. I then asked if I could eat it inside real quick but they said no. “My son’s graduation” at 9pm…..sure. So instead, I sat on the ground outfront and ate it. The girl at the counter came out to leave and felt so bad. It wasn’t her fault thou. I finished and they are all still inside. Smh. So I went back in to throw out the trash lol. I got in my car and decided to write this review. They are all leaving now at 9:25pm. Sucks because it was a good cheesesteak and I would’ve came back every week when I stay out here but I’ll be finding a different place. It was $15 for a cheesesteak… maybe I’m just spoiled from Philly.

Haven’t had Cicontes in a while . We got mild wings and honey bbq.Omg amazing ! Wings had crunch were terrific. Moved on to my meatball parm which their house made meatballs were amazing. Our chicken ceasar wrap was crisp and delicious as well. Won’t be too long till we’re back again!
