Quick interaction. Went in got what I wanted and left, lol. Staff was nice enough and they have quite a variety of different things. I like stopping here for a quick treat for myself! (But usually end up sharing)

Decent place alot of selection of cookies and pretzels I enjoy the cookie dough balls they are good and good rink selections I love brisk ice tea. Big warning I recommend not eating inside because honestly the smell is horrible! So so bad I think it's he mix of pretzel smell and cookie smell that makes it smell terrible.

The shop lacked decor and was underwhelmingly boring. Very different than from a few years ago. They no longer sell the giant cookies which was what everybody talked about, it’s lost all its fun character. The cookies taste pretty bad and are extremely doughy like I’m biting straight into a disc of cookie dough. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has been over the last couple of months.

They got rid of their big cookies which was the whole point of the place like come on where else would i get a gigantic cookie??? Anyway not only did they do that the cookie I had was AWFUL it tastes like they threw ingredients together and didn’t mix it. Also 15 minutes for 3 cookies is insane. Especially because they were still cold. Please bring back the old cookies and get new staff, then maybe it will be a little more bearable there.

They have gone downhill so bad the walls are bare it's just a blank gray wall with nothing on them. It's so quiet when you walk in and now that they are partnered with Philly pretzel factory you have to walk around the pretzel counter to practically be behind the counter to pick up your cookies from the pick up window, which seems very wrong to do because you're going behind the cash register now to pick up your cookies. The cookies on the other hand have shrunk drastically. They used to be bigger than my hand and now they are as big as if not smaller than my hand but magically the price of the cookies went up since last time I was there you're better off going to a Crumbl cookie or an insomnia cookie because those cookies are the same size as this place makes. Even the packaging is from a medium to large size pizza box to a smaller size. And they used to stack the cookies on top of each other because they were so large now six cookies fit without even needed to be stacked on top. Cookie Munchers has lost its character and is no longer fun or honestly worth going to. You're better off going to a crumble or insomnia because the cookies are better quality for the price.

Its good to grab some quick bite

This used to be a great spot but then the size of the cookies was cut by more then half and remained the same price. They used to be able to fit 4 cookies (2 side by side) per layer in a medium pizza box. Now they can fit 4 across and 4 down per layer. I have been ordering from here for a few years now and I believe I just placed my last order.

They used a shrink ray on these cookies, but didn’t use a shrink ray on the prices.

Disgusting shrinkflation like your customers wouldn’t immediately catch on.

Awful. Thank God insomnia is coming.

The best cookies I ever had! Every single time I drive near this area my kids ask me do go here. The only thing I’m not happy about here is the cookies got much smaller as what they used to be and still have the same price as before. Definitely would recommend coming here! - Bailey

Cookie munchers lost a 9 year patron today. I’ve witnessed cost cutting, but this is egregious. The cookies are 1/3 of the size they used to be while remaining the same price. The thing that differentiated them from Crave or Insomnia cookies was always their size, and that’s gone. I would have rather they raise the price than cut the size/quality. Might as well just get Wawa cookies now. Waste of a 25 minute ride.

Late night cookies and coffee, what's not to like.

I’d like to give a special thanks to the worker, Amber. She gave me and my fiancé great service and the cookies were great!

I came here for a chocolate chip cookie and it was pretty good. Would I say it was amazing, eh, probably not. But it was a solid cookie. I think it's kind of cheating just laying the chocolate chips on top instead of it in the batter. I appreciate that it is warmed up. Overall I would come back but wouldn't go out of my way.

Stepping into this cookie shop is like entering a warm, inviting haven for cookie lovers. This shop has quickly become a local favorite, and for good reason. If you’re looking for enormous cookies that taste as good as they smell and want to enjoy some delectable edible cookie dough in a clean environment with friendly service, look no further than this gem of a cookie shop! While there are times when the shop can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours or weekends, I assure you that it’s worth every minute spent waiting in line.
