Good morning, I just want to let you know about my experience that happened in the restaurant this past Saturday. I walked in with my wife and friend to grab breakfast real quick. The woman with the glasses asked why we were there and we told her we wanted to sit down. She said more than once that they were trying to go home and that she can't understand why people are out and that they were trying to close. I asked if they were open she said yes but then said it for the third time that she just can't understand why people are outside.
After being greeted like that we ended up just turning around and walking out to go somewhere else.
We come there and eat all the time and this was a terrible way to be greeted. If they want to go home they should just leave or lock the doors and close.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. Our server was apathetic, forgot several orders, and wasn’t attentive when we needed the check. Worst of all, the staff seems to treat Rowan students poorly, with a clearly unfriendly attitude. Although the food is good, the unprofessional behavior and lack of respect make me not want to come back or recommend this place.

Horrible service, I wasted an hour and half of my time and didn’t even get my food. The waitress and the older woman who worked up front both had an attitude. They lost our food order and didn’t tell us until an hour later. We then waited another half hour and still nothing. We ended up just walking out. Never gain

As soon as we got there we received an attitude from the older woman that was seating people in the front. Then we were sat down and the waitress basically didnt listen to anything we said on the order. Served us our drinks after the food had gotten there, charged us for bbq sauce that they didn’t even give us. Made us wait an obscene amount of time. These older women working here need to go. They are burnt out. It’s time for management to hire some younger people that are more equipped for service. The food was great but the service leaves a nasty taste. If service was on point this place would be great. Unfortunately these old women aren’t making your establishment look good. ??

It’s a shame the service is so bad bc the food is actually very good. I walked in and the woman at the counter was very rude to someone on the phone. Then when I was waiting for my food I sat down to do some work (as I am a new student at Rowan) when I got my food I sat down to open my box and she said “oh were you dining in?” And I said “oh I was going to do some work while I ate” to which she said “we don’t want people to see customers eating out of a box so next time say you want to eat in”. If you want people to come back to your location you need to make them feel at home. And by the looks of the responses to some other reviews it doesn’t seem like management or the owner cares about making customers feel welcome.

The lady who waited on me had a very disappointing attitude and after I purchased 5 drinks and a breakfast tacos she would not let me use the bathroom. I had been working out in the heat all day with a severe headache and was getting sick and did not want to get sick in public so I felt the bathroom was a spot I could discreetly handle the situation and she denied me. Her attitude was unpleasant and highly unnecessary. Drinks barely had any flavor and over priced. The breakfast tacos had zero flavor and not real eggs they were a huge let down and wasteful spending.

The negative reviews seem a bit staged as the breakfast I had last week was fast, fresh, and excellent.
Just great ? Had a great breakfast, my wife had avocado toast with 2 eggs, she loved it !!! I had a Spanish dish, can't remember the name, eggs, refried beans, avocado, cheese on a tortilla, fabulous !! Best coffee anywhere, Italian full flavored, simply wonderful ? Highly recommend, not your typical diner breakfast !! Must try !!

Haven't been here in several years and there was a reason. We go out for breakfast once a week and would love to stay local, but this place isn't on "the list" and I wish it was.To the new owners, stop frantically trying to address all the negative comments and address the issues in the restaurant that make this place so underwhelming and inconsistent. I'm going to give it a new try when you say it's ready. It's got to be consistent.
