I placed an order last Sunday and cancelled it to replace with a bigger order I've been waiting on my refund for the past 8 days I called everyday, emailed, went into the store and even spoke to corporate and still haven't been issued a refund neither a reply for the store manager, really disappointed that this is a franchise that's stealing from there customer's and they are getting away with it.

Called and ordered delivery. And hour and half goes by. So I call to find out where my order is. They told me my order was still on the counter waiting to be picked up. Plus they had my phone number and address wrong in their systems. This will be my last time ordering pizza from here!

Ordered delivery a few times from this location, and each time our food was dropped off at a different house - none being our house. Food is what you expect from Domino’s, but we’ve never had such consistent delivery issues. If we give dominos another try, we’ll stick with carry out

I don't know if it's just me or if others feel the same, but lately, the quality of their pizza has significantly decreased. It doesn't seem well-baked, lacks proper flavor, and sometimes feels like I'm just eating bread! I've complained to them several times recently, but nothing has changed. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it's frustrating!

Getting greedy now with charging for the dip cup that usually comes with the boneless chicken? Good thing there's like tons of other places in Glassboro that serve chicken and don't pull this BS.

Took 2 hours for the order to arrive. Estimated delivery was 30-40 minutes. Didn't receive an update with the status of the delivery, we had to call to find out ourselves. Live 8 minutes from the store and the food arrived pretty cold like it was sitting the 2 hours we were waiting. Zero offers of compensation for our dissatisfaction and overly long wait for cold food. Absolutely would NOT recommend nor shall we return for business
Ordered crispy thin pizza with green peppers using the 1 topping pizza coupon. Received a no topping plain pizza that tasted like cold, burnt cardboard. Stuffed cheesy bread was overbaked with burnt cheese. Is it that hard to get a Domino's order right? The place was not clean either. Just order local or buy a frozen pizza

If you want the driest pizza in the area go here. I also ordered extra sauce... Had no sauce. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired or re-trained. Just read the reviews.

I called three separate times. The first time I was hung up on the second time I was put on hold for an extended period of time while I heard them handle their customers. The third time I called ended up with a woman on the phone and she was very rude sounding it did not sound positive. It did not sound like a good atmosphere. I did not wanna order from there because it sounded like she had an attitude and when I had said, you don’t have to sound so rude about it she was like I can promise you I’m not being rude. I said I will Would rather order from someplace else and she just continuously was very blunt and was welcoming welcoming at all And I have been a Dominos employee more than once this is not the type of attitude corporate wants their employees
