absolutely disgusting. the workers there are some of the rudest people ive came into contact with on multiple occasions. from attitudes not ordering quick enough for them, to giving me two different prices at the screen and at the window… giving me nasty attitude when i kindly ask them why my price is different at the window. the food tastes freezer burnt & the coffee is watered down. please do not go here. it’s awful.

The owner of this Dunkin is terribly rude and nasty! He was busy on a personal call and didn't bother to speak, ask me what I wanted to order or anything. Didn't apologize for his poor customer service and inability to take my order in a courteous manner. I will NEVER patronize this particular location again, the Mullica Hill location will be it for me.

If it was the first time I would not be complaining but every time I go there, I’m always getting stale bagels. It’s never fresh. It feels like I’m paying to get Old food.
They spared me one small bacon slice on a $7 sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to the local spots first like ry’s bagels or twp bagel. For the same price they’ll give you the bacon and sausage your paying for.

The manager was so rude and disrespectful and walked in on me while using the bathroom didn’t even knock then says lock the door next time I told him the door don’t lock and it needs to be fix and he said yes it does lock smh then I was drinking my coffee and said you have 15 min to leave and finish coffee smh I didn’t know there was a time limit of drinking your coffee in there felt rushed and had the worst experience there I wouldn’t recommend going here the hash browns were burnt to a crisp and nasty smh all black and stuff it’s just not good and they need someone in there to do something ughhh !
