Lines are relatively quick and the food and coffee never misses.
Thursday morning CLOSED

Ordered from here and specified no cottage cheese on my sandwich twice, my sandwich had cottage cheese on it. I was then refused any remaking of the sandwich, alternative(that costed less than what I paid), or refund. I only don’t like the taste of cottage cheese but I can’t imagine if someone were allergic to it in a situation like this. No regard for quality.
please open up again!! the BEST bagels AND coffee in town!! I’m obsessed with the bacon avocado egg white sandwich on an asiago bagel, it is *chefs kiss* also Caribou coffee is absolutely the best coffee from a chain in America!!
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You cant order at the counter, i was told to download the Grubhub app. I don’t want to download an app to order a breakfast sandwich.. so there’s no way to pay with cash here. After creating a Grubhub account and ordering I waited nearly thirty minutes for my food - not during peak hours or anything, there was around five people waiting for food. And finally, after waiting and bringing my food home, I’m greeted with the wrong item! And yeah, I was hungry so i ate the wrong item and it wasn’t even good, definitely not a $5+ sandwich by any means. Honestly I couldn’t have had a worse time here.
Best bagels on campus <3

Great food & staff
I ordered a bagel from there and noticed that the same girl took my money with her gloves on used the same gloves to grab my bagel and put it in a toaster.

One employee gave no greeting, looked inconvenienced to actually put a few bagels in a bag, and appeared to a complete spoiled brat. Surprised that they allow these types of personalities up front to deal with public. Kids need to grow up asap. Adult woman wound up taking order, was very kind, and spoke to me as you would expect normal adult interaction to be, gracious. Still, never will return to location, will go somewhere else.
Kinda pricy for okay food. Mocha cooler was okay, sandwhich was decent.

The bagel was good enough said
NB: This location is located in a Rowan University academic building. The times google says it's crowded are lies. It's pretty much going to be crowded around the beginning/end of each period (Periods start at 8:00 AM and last 1:15, plus 15 minutes for travel; so it'd be 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, etc). As far as food goes, they've improved significantly in all categories since opening, with orders being processed much faster, taste being pretty good, and the prices being reasonable. Food is significantly better than Dunkin doughnuts but not quite up to par with your favorite local bagel place (with exceptions for specialties like the nova lox, which is delicious). The bagels themselves are on par with most bagel places, as are things like cream cheese (which comes in a good 10 flavors), but the eggs aren't since they're pre-prepared and just heated up. I don't drink coffee, and so I cannot tell you if it's any good.
