Large store with a variety of wine, liquor, and beer. Customer service is fine but selection leaves much to be desired. I'd like to see more seasonal beers or niche liquors but this just isn't the place for that. Would rate 3.5 if possible - doesn't quite deserve a four.

Store is now called 'BOOTLEGGERS' after the business changed ownership and wow!Store was great before as 'Hops and Grapes' but as soon as I walked in the door I was impressed with what the new Owner Kevin has done with the place.A lot of the changes that were made were "Minor" but the little things make a huge difference in BOOTLEGGERS now. Just the way everything is displayed and arranged is very customer friendly.I wish the New owner(s) all the luck in the world and i hope they do some of the things they are Rumored to be starting. Good Luck guys!

The manager that was on duty, Frank, rude & unprofessional. He stopped in his tracks as soon as I walked into the store. He did not greet me, no hello or hi how are you, instead he looked at me sideways with a nasty look & asked if I needed help looking for something. He sounded very grumpy & obviously did not care about how he looked walking around the store as a MANAGER. Every other employee in the store is very nice & speaks to people in a professional manner. I hate when good employees are under that type of management. Also maybe I am late but now hops & grapes is called “Bootleggers” or something like that

would rate this a 0 if i could. manager had a temper tantrum and screamed at us customers for helping our parental carry the alcohol after being told by a employee that it was okay. the manager made a scene, screamed, and stomped. i was also followed through the store by 3 people and had felt super uncomfortable. plus their selection sucks and the store is super messy. manager looked like an off brand prince harry. do better.
