Staff is very friendly and attentive, I've never had to wait longer than 30 seconds for someone to help me when I come pick up orders I placed online. My drinks are usually done before the time specified as well, so I never have had to wait for them to be made upon arriving (even when I get there early!!!!)

Good evening Family. I patronized to purchase some food. When I arrived I was told that they did not have food, only drinks. So I said, have a nice day and I left. Can’t even give it 1 star. This is the only location I’ve ever been to that is CONSTANTLY out of ingredients. They literally have a written list on a piece of paper all of the ingredients that they’re out of.
I came about a month ago and they were out of Brown Sugar and something else. Today, they’re out of nearly all the added boba extras, including most of the additional sauces.
To make matters worse, they not only don’t update their choices in the KFT app to reflect, which they can do (I should know, I bought them every shift for nearly a year when I worked within walking distance of another KFT), they refer you to a different boba place. How sketchy is that? Why are you not only refusing to reapply your store, but you’re having your employees recommend another competitor?
We will not be returning to this store again, nor recommending it, and I’ll be placing a complaint with KFT corporate.
