The Atmosphere was clean and cute. We got our boba minutes after we ordered and we also got to watch them make it. I was concerned because they started to make the drink with powder. After we got them, I do have to say that the boba tasted like a cough drop and the milk tea was thick and left a weird taste afterwards. Though it didn’t taste great, I do recommend this place!

Honestly love it here. Fantastic Boba and Bubble Tea. Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegetarian and Vegan options are available. Perfect for a quick stop between class or to get drinks with friends. There are so many drink options I don't know if I have ordered the same drink twice yet. Instagramable backgrounds are a plus!
Vegetarian options: Their classic teas without honey are vegetarian and vegan
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, Dairy free and Vegetarian options
Parking: It is free out front on the street but it is parallel parking
Kid-friendliness: There are kids sizes and a simplified menu for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no power door. The shop itself is one flat floor with no stairs. The drink pick up counter is low so it should not be an issue. No public restroom so I don't know if they have a handicap accessible restroom.

Normally they’re fine, but I did a mobile order and came in and 2 other customers who ordered after us were prioritized. What was the point of placing a mobile order if that was the case?
I tried the rosehip Mike tea and it was so good and the customer service was very good and there background was to describe the wonderful place

Went here and threw out of four drinks ordered were wrong. To be fair they were made correctly for what they were entered by the cashier as but when we ordered they wouldn't ask us which menu item we wanted when multiple menu items shared the exact same name with varying distinctions. My friends said they wanted honey tea and they gave them honey milk tea and not iced tea. Same with me I ordered brown sugar and they didn't ask clarifying questions so I ended up with coffee which I don't drink. Such a waste of money, plastic and drink to throw that away. Least they can do is ask a question to clarify what people are ordering if they don't say the specific name of the menu item. It's like if I went to McDonald's and ordered a shake and they just chose chocolate or vanilla without asking me. Or if I went to literally any restaurant and my server just picked diet coke because I said soda.

Facility is very clean, and staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. I dropped my drink outside after they told me to be careful with it in the cup carrier. I felt real foolish coming back, but they were real cool about it and made me a new one. I really appreciated that.
