The atmosphere was warm and inviting, made even better by the live music, which added the perfect touch without overpowering conversation. It truly elevated the whole evening. What stood out just as much as the food was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience exceptional. Their energy and kindness made the night even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that combines top-notch food, a great vibe, and outstanding service, LaScala's Fire should be at the top of your list.

We have had many dinners here and each time it seems to just get worse. For starters, when you make a reservation and you get there on time, their favorite line is to say that they are cleaning your table. I've never heard of it taking 15 minutes and this is not the first time it's happened. Then a party of six was seated at a table for four people and we could barely fit our food. The air conditioner was at 67°,  it was uncomfortably cold. Once the DJ started, there was no point of even talking because the music was so loud we could barely even hear our server.  at one point we mentioned to the server that the table was too small and his entire demeanor changed and so did his motivation to help us. We understood it wasn't his fault and we mentioned it in a very kind fashion, so then the service became very disappointing. The managers make it a point to avoid eye contact, and even ignored us trying to flag them down. It is very rare that I ever put a bad review on any place because I understand what it's like to run a business, but I'm extremely disappointed.

The experience was delightful. We love the free flowing kitchen allowing food to come out hot rather than sitting under lights to keep things warm. Food and service was perfect. Whenever we are in town it is our first choice.

Always a good meal. The hostess desk was pleasant and inviting. The waiter the terrific. He was attentive to our needs as we were going to a concert on campus. He checked on our needs during the meal. Nice Thursday nite music.

Food at LaScala's is always great and it keeps us coming back. However, I will say that the booths are not large enough to comfortably seat 6 adults. The booth placement along the extremely large, new bar is uncomfortable when busy as well. The live music is good, but being pumped throughout the entire restaurant seems unnecessary as well. One couple in our group said they would not be returning because they changed from a nice restaurant with good food to a loud, energetic bar with some tables.

Food was very good. Our server was below par. I was the last to arrive in my party of 5. All had already ordered drinks. Our server was at the table delivering those drinks when I arrived and she didn't offer to get my drink order. Almost 15 minutes passed when I went looking for her. Then she was all apologizies and couldn't do enough for us. I should not have had to go looking for her.

Our party of seven—including two energetic kids and five hungry adults—had a fantastic experience at LaScala's in Glassboro. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home (which isn't easy when you've got a party our size and two kids who think the breadsticks are drumsticks). The food was top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The adults were raving about their meals, and the kids polished off their plates from the kids' menu like it was a competitive sport. Service was friendly, fast, and on point. Our server didn't miss a beat, even with our organized chaos. LaScala's nailed it—great food, great service, and an atmosphere perfect for families or date nights. We'll definitely be back... probably with the same crew, maybe even hungrier next time.
The food was lovely and I know that the restaurant brings out the food as soon as it's done however, you would think that my partner and I would be able to eat within the same time period, or close to it. By the time his food came out I was already done, at least 15 minutes done prior to it coming out. Other than that, the service was great.

We love the new addition and expansion of the restaurant. Same menu just higher prices. Our server Molly was attentive for the most part. We ordered Long Hots for an appetizer and asked for bread to go along with it. They served us 3 small slices of bread the size of a crostini. When we asked for more bread they said they no longer have rolls but pizza dough in strips for $5. We needed bread so we ordered this. What a disappointment! What happened to the rolls and why charge when you're already paying $15 for the appetizer. Entrees were good and we didn't have dessert. The issues came at the end. We received our bill all was fine. Gave a gift card and a Credit card for the difference. The server brought back the check to sign and she applied our GC and credit card to another check. It was over $100 difference. We called her over to see what happened. Uggh! She took the check back figured it out and reversed the charge. However it was a VISA debit card and takes longer to reverse. Eventually all was taken care of but not a good ending of our experience at La Scala.
