Recently bought one dozen of their Nicky rolls in the Turnersville store. Asked for 6 plain and 6 seeded. When checking out they rang the order up as 2 half dozen rolls at $5.50 each for a total of $11.00. Where it should have been rung up as 1 dozen for $9.50. They are the same rolls with the same price whether seeded or plain. When I questioned it There was attitude by the counter persons that that is the way it is. They finally charged me the dozen price. The consumer needs to be aware that they are getting ripped off. Just watch prices on other items in the store.

I ordered my granddaughter's Christening cake on Thursday to have it ready on Sunday at 9 am. I got to the store at 10 am on Sunday. They hadn't even made the cake. I waited there for 15 minutes for them to tell me that they had not made the cake. The only thing they could offer me was to deliver the cake late with no discount. The customer service is not good. They weren't really trying to make good on their mistake. My order was a simple cake with cupcakes. I will definitely have to think very hard about ordering from them again.

Went this morning and it was the most uncomfortable experience! The staff were completely miserable, they made me feel like I was disrupting their day, they weren’t even speaking to each other! There was no music playing, it was eerily quiet and all around unpleasant. Don’t think I’ll be going back there, liked the smaller location much better.. the staff seemed happier there.. they actually smiled! Nobody smiled today!!!

Let me start by saying I frequent the Liscio’s on the Black Horse Pike. The food is very good. I placed an order today for 3 cold roast beef hoagies with sharp provolone cheese. I get home and the roast beef is hot. I call the store back and speak to the manager who is extremely rude. “Sorry we have a lot of new people working here”. They can make me new ones or refund me but I have to bring them back. Ok fine, I don’t exactly live close so this is an inconvenience but I drive back. They hand me 3 hoagies and say here you go. I ask to speak to the manager because I feel as though I should be compensated for the inconvenience. The kid at the counter comes back and says there’s no manager here. I had just spoken to her 20 minutes prior. I can understand mistakes happen, but at least make up for the inconvenience it causes your CUSTOMERS. Icing on the top of the cake, I get home with the second round of hoagies and they do not have the sharp provolone cheese I paid extra for. I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. Sharon Sweet has a horrible attitude from AR. Sales rep does not do anything.Save yourself the headache and go to Amoroso or one of the other competitors, better service, better prices.I hope management sees this and reaches out. Sharon or Tom will know

I stopped at a local acme to buy some loose rolls,and right before my Eyes I see a elderly woman touching and squeezing them and sorting through them,I didn't say anything and turned around to find liscios long rolls in the bag, I prepared meatball parmesan for my wife and I, it turned out Amazing, Really fresh awesome long roll in the white paper bag

The best rolls ever! These rolls make any sandwich the King! Absolutely scrumptious!
I don't think they do a quality check here. This is what they consider a $13.99 pumpkin pie. Sad. I don't understand how they would be comfortable sending this out to anyone. They also like to give stores day old rolls and call it "fresh".

This is a MIXED REVIEW - the bread and rolls are fantastic the best in the philly jersey area!! Stick with the bread rolls and hoagies and you can't go wrong! On the other hand -----this is NOT a good bakery for cakes and pastries. yuck yuck yuck. We've tried their baked goods a few times and each time the stuff is STALE and if its not stale it is blech yuck!! Their birthday cakes literally have frosting that must be made out of vaseline or lard. if you get the frosting on your hands you need dawn dish liquid to remove it! The birthday cake we got looks like a picture in a book but it tastes like garbage!! Has a cornbread texture with greasy tasteless lard frosting. did i say yuck? as for the customers who have left reviews saying stale pastries they are correct. Also, I do believe that Acme receives stale rolls from this company here and there and my Acme has delivery issues with Liscio's they come so late. Sometimes they don't get roll deliveries until 10 am or later.

Acme sells Liscio's rolls, which taste good when they are fresh but Liscio's often delivers stale rolls! Do not blame Acme for this problem. Try the loose steak rolls but only immediately after they are delivered in the morning and are thus actually fresh.I am not even a fan of Acme due to their sky-high prices, lazy employees, and expired food, but I go to their stores just to buy Liscio's rolls when they are fresh.
