Horrible customer service! Little bald man in the front needs to be fired

It's like every time I go in there the one lady always works and she has attitude she's rude she knows I'm there to pick up an order and she's still insists in throwing it in the stupid machine that I always burn my hand on

Called to place an order because the website wasn't allowing online orders. A guy answered the phone, I said I'd like to place an order and said what I wanted, he said it's online orders only and that they were out of sauce then hung up on us. Such top tier service. Now I know why the reviews are so bad

Best part about the pizza is the cost.

Their food is consistently average, but that is not a bad thing considering that it is cheap, fast food takeout. This is one of my go-to spots when I’m low on the budget. I do feel that they can crisp their pizzas a little more though, regardless, I toast it at home myself

Never order from this location. Not only did they give me the wrong order they gave me a partial order of someone else’s order. through delivery when I called the store for over 30 mins 10 different times to try and get someone to inform them so at least the other persons order would be correct I got no answer. I called corporate to put in a complaint and they were no help either they had me on hold for over 40 mins and transferred me 3 times eventually to a door dash representative who the issue wasn’t even with. I have neve in 7+ yrs of getting little ceasars had this issue. I can say I will never get anything from this chain again the lack of customer service is insane.

For a small pizza store they have good service, good prices, and good punctuality. Online ordering on their app is very easy and helpful. When your food is ready you can just come in and pick it up without needing help.

I was unaware that this place uses door dash as their delivery drivers so the total I got from the woman at the store was not the total I got when doordash arrived. If this is the case then they need to put this on their menu and website so people understand that and why they're being charged so much more than what the people tell you from the store.
