The morning shift ladies are amazing but I just went through at 1000pm and the staff was rude. The food was cold. Please train the workers to put the fries in the bag the right way, half the fries were dumped out and none were salted.

What should've been a quick bite turned into a miserable horrible experience. Since soda fountain gone, they got drink wrong more than twice. Ordered coke, got a root beer. Had to wait 20 minutes to ask employee for refill, they gave diet coke. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to remake the drink. Disgraceful. its now 5 bucks just for fries alone!! They keep getting orders wrong, and especially drinks!!!! Not worth the money. Or the frustration. It's also bad their fries still not good for vegetarians. Didn't get even good deals on the app no more. Prices too high. They keep getting higher and higher. Never again going back. Waste of money. Time and food. Much too expensive. Not recommend.

Upon receiving my delivery the hotcakes were seriously dry, let's just say no amount of butter and syrup was going to assist in choking down that crap. The three breakfast sandwiches were strewn around in the bag after having escaped from their wrappers. The manager quickly, adamantly and proudly blamed Doordash. I can see that for the unwrapped sandwiches but not for the hotcakes. It's been 10 years since I had given McDonalds a go for breakfast, now it will be a lifetime

There has been a vast improvement of the service, speed and accuracy of the orders at this McDonald’s over the past month on the night shift. I’ve been coming here for years and on the night shift it’s normally lousy service. But there has been a great improvement lately. Still haven’t brought back the help yourself soda machines, but that’s an owner problem, maximizing profit.
What ever they have done, keep it up!!!

Food was mediocre, service and atmosphere wasn’t good. Drive thru lady was very rude and rushed us, they did have a line but no reason to rush! Inside looked disgusting. Meh. Prices got absurd!!!

Manager on duty was extremely rude and ignorant. A member of our group received the wrong sauce packet in our meal and we asked for a replacement of the correct sauce. She then yelled across the restaurant about how sauces aren’t free and they cost .50¢ a packet. Proceeded to also yell about how the member who received the wrong sauce needed to come up herself and get it. Terribly unprofessional and won’t be returning to this facility.
One and done. I visited on a slow Sunday afternoon and the place was filthy. Order took an extended period of time. I guess all the table numbers were stolen. Very badly run place. Food was overcooked and dried out.
Update: McDonald's response links to a generic feedback page. No effort being made to address issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They forgot half of my order and then were extremely rude when I went to the door to get the rest of the order I had already paid for. They proceeded to tell me I had to go and wait through the entire drive through again just to receive the items I had already paid for and refused to fulfill the rest of my order otherwise. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this at this McDonald’s they’re completely rude and don’t care about the customer whatsoever

I would never come back to this McDonald’s again the night manager was so rude to me my brother and my friend she refused to give me my food that I paid $17.68 for because it was breakfast time because my friend asked for no receipt even though you could still search it up in the system, I know this because I worked at a McDonald’s and I had to do the same thing it but I looked in the system and they got their food. I would leave a zero star review for this McDonald’s but the review board will not allow me!!!!!!!!

Very poor lacking customer service the nighttime manager very rude cursed me out don’t come here past 11:00 PM. The service just gets worse and worse after that.Didn’t even give us half our order because we didn’t have a receipt after the first window worker didn’t give us our receipt. Would leave a zero star review, but it won’t let me.
