extremely rude manager and staff, threatened legal & police action for going through the drive-thru with no vehicle. this was the only pick-up option at the time and refused to assist us after we had paid for ourmeal. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS.

Just went again....no one in line...ordered online, and still got my order wrong. Fries were nasty and brown and soda was mostly seltzer. Glassboro is horrible3rd time I've waited over 20 minutes in drive through because I was stuck in the line. Once I could... I ditched.

If I could leave zero I would. Me and my friends ordered two Big Mac and a quarter pounder with bacon yesterday night ate around 6pm at 9pm one of my friends started throwing up and it got so bad she had to go to the hospital. An hour later my other friend started throwing up and ten minutes later I got sick. We later realized we all got food poisoning and are now currently very sick and can’t hold anything in. Very unhappy.

McDonald's has lost their minds. Almost $11 for a 10pc Med meal. $9 for 2 hamburger meal. I wouldn't normally have stopped if the wife didn't want something. It will be awhile before I hit Mickey D's up again. Y'all prices are that of a sit down GOOD meal.

Tired of never getting the right toy and seeing my kid upset. They are either maliciously using old surplus toys they got on the cheap or really bad at business. Either way it isn’t great.
I ordered two mc chicken sandwiches on a mobile order. I went through the drive through and trusted that they could put two in the bag but they could not! Disappointed to say the least. The fries were cold as well I just don’t think that the employees care. May be a huge management issue.

The older woman at the first drive-through window, where you pay, is so miserable every time I go there. Smile, tell her good morning, she can't even crack a smile, let alone tell you good morning back. I get dealing with people isn't always fun. I work in health care, and I really do get it. But if you can't be the least bit pleasant, that's a little issue.Honestly, the stores have become depressing, atmosphere wise. Use some bright colors and open the play areas back up.
