My wife is vegetarian and I am not. Therefore, we are always looking for a great spot for us both to be satisfied with our meals. We arrived at 1:30 pm and the woman in the front immediately explained that they were changing out trays and that she will be with us shortly. I was super excited because that meant we will be getting the freshest food that they had available. We watched them bring out new trays of food and my wife and I got excited because this was our first time there. The cook in the back was the person refreshing the trays. I heard the two ladies discuss the status of the Mac n cheese, the cook told her that it was in the oven. When I asked the cook how long it was going to be for the fresh Mac n cheese she rudely said "I don't know". I told her that we would wait and she still proceeded to state that she didn't know when the Mac N cheese would be done. The cook is rude and she should stay in the back of the area. I ordered the stuffed salmon with Mac n cheese and sweet potatoes. The salmon was over cooked, salmon should never be as dry as tuna out of a can. On a positive note, although the Mac n cheese was obviously old, it was flavored well and had me wishing that I could have had a fresher experience. My vegetarian wife ordered the Sticky beef(V) with Mac n cheese, broccoli sweet potatoes. She really liked the Sticky beef, and the sweet potatoes were really tasty. We may go back in the late future to see if we can get a different experience but I don't see us spending any money here for sometime. The cook is very rude. I would describe her but I won't embarrass you. Do better with your attitude for the culture! FYI, I still left a tip because I hate when people say that our culture don't tip. It wasn't the Front end woman's fault that her Cook is rude.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! Took my mother here today for an early Mother’s Day brunch…. Everything was delicious! From the customer service to the food. I’m a vegetarian and the vegan menu was explained to me very well. It was impressive that the chef came out and told us what she didn’t cook with and did. It was always about the customers. I will most definitely be going back!!!! Please go try the food. They even have a menu for people who do enjoy meat and the menu does change so it’s a variety from what we were told. My mom and I left with a huge smile on our faces… oh even the desert is finger lickin good. Go go go!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of ordering on Friday 4/5/24 and I am so impressed. I had oxtails, rice and peas, collard greens, VEGAN Mac n Cheese and a piece of sweet potato cornbread. Baby whoever made that vegan Mac n cheese did not come to play… I prefer it over regular baked Mac. It tasted great and doesn’t make you feel bloated or heavy afterwards. The oxtail was very tender, the greens were super seasoned but not salty, the rice was flavorful and the cornbread was good also. Definitely worth the money you pay and the portions were a good size too. Highly recommend and will be returning!

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I tried it for the first time today and cannot wait to come back. The atmosphere is lovely, the people are so kind and welcoming, and the food is some of the best I’ve eaten in my life. I’m vegan so I got the curry chick’n meal with vegan mac, collard greens, and sweet potatoes. It was DIVINE. While $22 may feel on the higher end, the amount of food you get makes it completely worth it. I’ll get at least 1 if not 2 more meals out of it! You HAVE to go here. It’s excellent!!

I went to Oliver's Twist based on an Instagram review of the food. They have vegan and non-vegan options. I was there for the vegan food. The service and atmosphere was wonderful. I live an hour away but it was well worth the drive. The food was delicious! I would definitely revisit.
