Spent $40 there and barely got any food. The bowl is 1/4 filled. My quesadilla looks like someone sat on it. On the bright side the burrito looks full.
Update...I had to test myself for covid because I couldn't taste anything. Test was negative everything that we ordered had no flavor, just spicy. Taco bell had more flavor and was cheaper. What a waste of money. 2nd try here will not come again. Don't waste your time or money.

This pancheros while a chain is the cleanest with thr friendliest staff. This is my go to fast fresher lunch.

I wish that I hadn't come here - they gave me like half a spoon of guacamole and a tiny, tiny burrito. Like half the size I just got the other day at Chipotle. I am so upset I am just going to immediately go to Chipotle to get my money's worth and an amount of food that won't leave me hungry after I eat it. I really wish I hadn't come here with the expectation their portions would be normal. Maybe it was just dinner rush but I don't feel that is acceptable when the food is 13$.

Completely incompetent. At any given time, they can have up to 20 people in their lobby, most of whom are delivery drivers because, as customers continue to come in, online orders get pushed. I have waited in excess of an hour for a customers order, and up to a half hour for my own. This place has no idea how to run a business. Stay away.ETA: You’ll notice when they respond they consistently say how they’re working on things and they appreciate the feedback… But I can tell you nothing has changed. Empty words to save face. Annoying.

My experience yesterday at the Glassboro restaurant was extremely negative. The line staff making the burritos did not seem to speak English. I had to correct them twice and they had to restart making the burritos. They messed up both my orders anyway and I walked away feeling very frustrated. I called the location this morning to ask for a manager and no one has returned my call.If you want poor service, mediocre food, and high prices go right to the Glassboro location.
