I preordered a bowl for pick up at 315pm. When I picked up my ordered the receipt said it was made at 1pm. It was left to sit on the counter at room temperature for 2 hours. The food was cold by this point and the bottom of the bowl was so soggy it nearly fell apart. I took it back but seems to get attitude when I asked it to be remade. They did finally agree to remade the bowl but threw the same Guac, queso and sour cream side cups from the old order into my new one.
I went in last night for a burrito and it was kind of annoying how the person who communicated with customers for food did not speak English whatsoever and kept putting the wrong stuff on my burrito. There were some that spoke English that insisted not helping the poor man obviously communicate with him what I wanted on my food. On top of that I asked for chicken and they were extremely stingy with the portion, two table spoons of chicken is double chicken supposedly. The worst...
