Pizza hut is my favorite of the major chains and I would say my local location here in glassboro is pretty solid. I have been many times and have never had any issues, the food is always hot and ready and always on time. The deals on the app are also pretty solid along with the points system.

I usually don't write reviews, but after this experience, I had to. I went in around 1pm to get some lunch the other day, and there was no one behind the counter. I waited a few minutes and finally the "manager" told a young lady, probably a student at the college, to take my order. I asked for a large custom pizza, only pepperoni, and stuffed crust, which I normally get and since the pizza is $17.99 and stuffed crust is $3 extra, i usually pay around $24. But when she gave me my total, it was $31, not $24. I asked her why it was so much, and she told me "well i cant see the menu, so look for yourself". Not only that, but she wasn't in uniform (neither was her manager - they were both wearing black sweatpants and black hoodies, hoods up. I work in fast food, so that's the only reason why I'm criticizing this - being in uniform not only makes you seem approachable and friendly, but its a uniform for a reason). I then asked for just a medium no stuffed crust, and she kind of scoffed at me before changing it. I still paid about $21, which i know that she overcharged me or something. then, i sat down to wait, and a guy came in to pick up a pizza for doordash. the young lady wasn't at the register. I have to hand it to him, he waited for about 7 minutes before saying "hello", to a response of laughter from the back from the young lady and her manager. he said "hello" a few more times, about 3 minutes in between, just responded by more laughter. when she finally got to the counter, he was mad, and i was mad for him. after he got the doordash, he cussed them out under his breath. then, a few minutes later, i overheard the young lady talking with her manager as she was bringing my pizza out. she said "hes so broke he couldnt even afford a large pizza. and how does he even eat this?". i got offended, but i didn't say anything. she walked up and just plopped my pizza on the counter, not saying a word, and walked away. i gave this 2 stars because my last experience was so good, a different young lady was so polite, she helped me when i didn't know what to order, she let me know how long it would be (10 minutes, but it was actually only like 5), and she brought my pizza over to me. such a shame i couldn't have a half decent experience the second time.

I placed an order on NYE and the employee couldn’t understand me. He had an accent but finally got my order correct after giving me an attitude. Idk what he did to my food but I was throwing up with diarrhea non stop for a day and a half. I always order the same thing from pizza hut with no issues which makes me think he did something to it. Never ordering from this pizza hut again.

Waited up front 10 min no help employee saw me and just put their head back in their phone Loud music playing (not in store music ) with very offensive language Needless to say I walked out left my $75 order there and will never go back again Was not busy on a Saturday night at 930 pm just rude employees

Service was very efficient, no errors in my order. I did not like the cheesesticks. I misunderstood and thought the cheese would be inside, not on the top. Personal pan pizza was excellent though. Ordered on the app for deals, selected pay with cash, and then I was able to pay for my food with Rowan's dining dollars.
