Today was my first time trying Primo Hoagies and the General manger name Ross was amazing good spirits and great customer service quality and Ethan was Amazing and phenomenal at greeting us as we came in !!! I love this Primo!!!! I drove all the way from Maryland to get a great hoagie and they NEVER MISS. Ross and Ethan were awesome and so inviting. I will be back soon!!!

Ordered a Turkey Diablo with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions. Got a Regular turkey sub, nothing on it and the roll was dry. Also there was barely any turkey but alot of cheese. 14 dollars down the drain.

Best chicken cheesesteak in Glassboro bar none, and they have so many other great options as well. Sandwiches are always delicious and the bread is always fresh and crisp. Ross is the man and everyone who works there is always on their game.

I didn't get the name of the guy making the sandwiches, I think he might've been a manager/trainer, but dude's customer service was on point! It was my first time checking this place out, was kinda overwhelmed with all of the choices (who knew you could have so many different hoagies), and he helped me out figuring out what I wanted. Told him I didn't know what I wanted so he made me a pretty great old fashioned meatball hoagie with red pepper on the side, which was delicious. Caring, detail oriented service with a good product- what more could you want?
Best hoagies around. It's all about the bread.
