I always come here and order inside. Today i decided to order ahead of time and do pickup. They forgot my protein. No chicken in my salad?? That's a key factor of the meal. Very disappointing meal.

First time ever eating at a SaladWorks. Used the app to order - easy peazy. The order was ready earlier than expected and our two salads were excellent. We are from out of town and saw your menu at The Keeper Institute camp - decided to try. Loved our meals and will likely be loyal while we are here for camp! Hope we find you in Northern VA soon. I literally go here all the time because I work down the street. The young ladies are so nice and helpful. Always happy and smiling. I think they know me by now but from the first experience to my very recent visit always great customer service.
