I was very disappointed ☹️ I hadn't been to saladworks for a long time the portions were smaller even down to the roll. I wanted some dessert I had to pay $3 just for one cookie... I would never go there again very disappointed quality down price way up

So disappointed with my salad! Barely any base- had 3 spinach leafs! Romaine was non-existing, And hardly any spring mix! They advertise, homemade croutons,-they were not! You could tell they were store bought. I’ve gone to other Saladworks and this one is the worst. I’ll never go back again.

Soup was good. Lettuce was brown, apples were brown and drenched in water in seemed like, tasted sour rather than sweet and crispy. Use to love saladworks but not anymore.
I went for lunch with my daughter. Girls at the counter were very snotty and unwelcoming. Place was almost empty. Seemed annoyed that we were even there. Annoyed that we were taking too long to decide. I also asked what the soups of the day were because the menu on the wall said to ask. The girl who clearly didn’t want to work just pointed to another sign for me to read because it was too much trouble to speak. I also wanted a soda out of the fridge instead of the open case because the ice all melted in the case so the soda was warm, so that was also a thorn in her side. So when I had to pay I was again greeted with an attitude because she told me I had to take my card out and first answer the question as to whether I wanted to tip or not? Well, what do you think? I did not tip because she was a snot. I think she purposely rushed the panini after I didn’t tip. I ALWAYS tip at restaurants and normally at least 10% at counters and pick up orders even though it’s absurd but if they’re nice I do it. My food was terrible. Initially, when I asked her to omit the avocado and bacon from my panini, she tried to tell me that it didn’t come with avocado and bacon, which actually it did. Anyway, it was cold and not cut in half and the cheese wasn’t even melted! She clearly didn’t know how to use the panini machine. The biggest turn off was the rude girls!!!!!!! I was there on Sunday, July 21st at 1:45 pm. So TO THE OWNER, look at the schedule and fire these individuals because they’re doing a terrible job!

I’ve gone to this salad works for probably 7 years at this point and lately it has been getting worse and worse. Today it was absolutely terrible to the point I probably won’t go back for their expensive food. For a chicken noodle soup that smelled very odd and looked like water. There was like 3 noodles in there if that which we did not eat because it did not smell good. My fiancés Sophie salad was literally spinach no spring mix. Then I ordered extra topping which were not put on at all. Also bread was hard as a rock don’t go here this place is going downhill hopefully they put a slim chicken or something here next when this closes

Came here to switch things up. My create your own with no extras and small soup was $21 & change. I could get a better quality salad at LaScalas for $12/13. My soup was not hot, and the portion of my salad was more side salad. I also got back to work to realize they did not provide napkins, utensils, or butter. Disappointing to waste my money.

Portions have gotten so small and quality has gone down. Disappointing because this used to be a go to for a good filling quality meal.

Meh. For a restaurant named Saladworks, my opinion is that the salad should be fresh at all times. It was okay, not exactly rotted, but definitely not fresh. Unfortunately, all the mix-ins were jumbled together, and we got craisins in our salad somehow. Thank goodness it wasn't shrimp because that will kill me if I eat it. The staff is usually nice enough, it's a shame that the restaurant is kept dirty. No napkins or knives are available. It's good enough food in a pinch, but definitely not our go-to for a quick meal. I wonder if Saladworks is going out of business, and maybe that's why it's going downhill?
