Sad to say this place has a become coin snatchers business. They practically forcing you to tip. Don’t get my wrong I tip when I feel like it is needed. Hell last time I tipped. Although it was more “how much you want to yo tip” not a “would you like to tip” question it rubbed me off the wrong way because you should have to ask the customer or make them feel force. Businesses like this seem to forget tipping is not an obligation but an option. It’s is not up to the customer to pay you extra just because you are doing the job you signed up to do. Anyways the food is good not the best tempura and it is pretty cheap so not a bad place but don’t harass customers. I came again to see if the same think will take place and it did. Not only that after I mentioned to the waiter, no thanks I will not be tipping today one she gave me and attitude and chased me as I was living and infront of everyone asked why didn’t you tip. Now idc what those ppl thought but it was just inconsiderate of her so at that point HELL NO! So I simply told her it’s an option not an obligation. I get times are tough but I paid for my service and you don’t know my financial situation at least I came to give service and if more people are deciding not to come because of this then maybe that place will shut down. But honestly don’t ever want to come back and if I ever do come back based on the waiter or how things are I will definitely go in with the mindset that I will not tip just because of this. 9/10 times will never go back tho.

1st time there. Biggest Brother took my sister and I for our birthday. Food and cook were awesome. Filet was melt in your mouth amazing! My father cannot have nuts, and they made sure and were careful that his didn't have any.

Whether I dine in or take out. It’s as equally as delicious. It’s worth the 20 min drive. I usually get the party tray. Kano Salad, Chicken Maki, miso soup. Half off when you dine in. Can’t beat it.
When at Rowan University, this is our favorite place to eat. The chefs are entertaining and are phenomenal cooks. They remember repeat customers, which is a fantastic way to do business and it puts a personal touch on the meal.

This was truly one of my favorite places up until today. I paid the bill and my boyfriend went up to the front to get change to get the lady a tip. When she handed me the receipt back she proceeded to stand there and hover over me and said "you know the bill doesn't include tip" like excuse me? i've been coming here for years and never been treated this way. very disappointed.
