This was my first experience at Smash Burger in Glassboro, NJ. The service was very good and the mushroom burger was delicious. I also ordered the Smash fries which was seasoned well but not salty. The first batch was cold ( probably due to it being a little drafty in the restaurant)but Gilda went over and beyond to replace them in seconds. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Placed a pickup order for two sandwiches. We arrived, gave our order number, and the manager said to wait because they were still working on our order. After 30 minutes of waiting, the manager realized our order completed already and not announced. Food was cold by the time we got it. Really bad experience.

The burgers are always delicious and so are the smash fries. only problem is ot tales so long to get your food.
Overall great food but little expensive. The older women that took our order was rude at first. First time here so took us a bit to figure out what we wanted and nobody was in line besides us.

Clean, food was delicious, staff was polite and served everything accurately in a timely manner. I see lots of negative reviews on here from months ago and im not sure if there was staffing changes or a change from management but ive been to this location over the last 3 years and it is always excellent!
4 meals ordered. 2 meals served. "Waitress" put her finger in my burger. 5 minutes later 3rd meal served. Had to go up 5 minutes later to check on the last meal which was my 6 year olds who was have a breakdown that he didn't have food when we did. Coke and Cherry coke were both out. Taylor tots were served ina pool of grease on the dish. The burgers we under sauced, buns were stale, and the burgers over cooked to the point of rubber. Spent $60 after the tip and no one had good food nor food at the same time and my son cried. Dining room was clean so there's that. Waste of money which is sad since we don't get out much.
