Cashier was very sweet. She stopped by to check on us. But, it did take a long time for our shakes order. Also, A/C is not keeping up….very warm inside. We’ll be back, but for take outs.

😔After spending a stupid amount of time trying to order on the app (dont ask...they really need to fix the app!) I finally just walked in and ordered a burger to go. I'm not sure what's going on there in the kitchen but did someone pour an entire salt shaker into the burger batch? My burger was inedible. I had such a craving for a Smashburger after not having one in quite a while......so disappointing.

This was my first experience at Smash Burger in Glassboro, NJ. The service was very good and the mushroom burger was delicious. I also ordered the Smash fries which was seasoned well but not salty. The first batch was cold ( probably due to it being a little drafty in the restaurant)but Gilda went over and beyond to replace them in seconds. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Placed a pickup order for two sandwiches. We arrived, gave our order number, and the manager said to wait because they were still working on our order. After 30 minutes of waiting, the manager realized our order completed already and not announced. Food was cold by the time we got it. Really bad experience.
