Steve's Grilled Cheese and Quesadilla Company

I guess Steve’s Grilled Cheese forgot that cheese goes on a grilled cheese. Fried pickles were delish, but this grilled cheese was a HUGE disappointment

This isn't a sit down restaurant, but rather more of a cafe atmosphere. If you like cheese though, this is where its at! The mac bombs and garlic parm fries are stand-out, and the grilled cheese is always fantastic too.

Solid quesdilla for price and the 2 dollar fry addition is well worth it. Nachos, crunchy chips was the only good thing, there was plenty of cheap queso and a few beans but nothing else so I wouldn't recommend the nachos.

maybe i got them on a bad day or something. almost $20 to get grilled cheese and soup delivered and there was hardly any cheese.

Great food, the best quesadilla's I ever had out. My grand son remembered the place and kept asking for the grilled cheese, after tasting it I could understand why, sooo good. Loved the cheesecake fries, Mt daughter ordered.

I eaten here before and it had been delicious before, but I don't know what happened because when I took a bite of my sandwich the flavors were not there and it tasted like the Mac and cheese steak where left open in the refrigerator not a good a experience this time and it's very frustrating the order came out to $55 for it not to taste good!

One of my favorite place to eat!Closed for the summer, and I can't wait for them to open again!The grilled cheese and quesadillas are each so good, that I have a hard time deciding which one I want! The tomato soup really hits the spot. It pairs well with the grilled cheese and personally, I love dipping my quesadilla into the tomato soup too.The staff has always been kind and patient during the order process. They get your food out to you really quick!The atmosphere of the location is also fantastic. Please take your time to appreciate the Pop culture reference art that really gives this place it's quirky off beat vibe.Highly recommend.

Love this place sooo much however, I really wish they could change their open hours. Every time I am craving a Steve’s grilled cheese, it’s past midnight and I’m very inebriated and would happily walk across town to spend all my money on a firehouse grilled cheese and fried pickles, but alas, they’re closed. Reimagining this place as a late-night spot for students and townies alike to stop for a delicious grilled cheese and decadent fries after partying all night would do wonders for the business in the long run. If a cold sandwich place like JJs can be open til 3am year round, Steve’s could do even better as a late night restaurant during the school year! At the very least, staying open in the summer and until 9pm would garner a much more loyal and consistent customer base. As is, I never want a fried mac n cheese ball at 5pm in the winter, so I hardly ever go. I miss Steve’s! I hope they stick around, I can’t wait for them to come back in the fall and I hope they are open at least past 8!

Went here for lunch for the first time today, excellent, excellent food. I got the pulled pork sandwich, my husband the fried chicken and bacon, my kids got the chicken tenders. Everything was excellent, my kids never finish a meal at any place and they ate it up. Love it, we will definitely be back!

Ordered 5 sandwiches and 4 sides of fries. All I can say is that everything was fantastic. Only sorta complaint would be the fries are fried on the dead side. Possibly left in the grease and re fried or something along those lines. Outside of that everything else was perfect.

This place is Amazing!!!!! Soooo soooo good!!!! The tomato soup, Amazing! The fried pickels, Amazing!!! The spicey cheese sauce, Amazing!!! The mushroom arugla & feta grilled cheese sandwich, AMAZING!! If I lived here I sooo go on regular basis!!!When I come back to jersey I'm going back to Steve's!!! Delicious ?

Absolutely amazing food here, I’d give the food a 5 star. However, the hours of operation are all over the place and it’s frequently closed when the hours online say they are open. We’ve gone to get food a couple times when they should’ve been open but we’d get there and they are closed. I’ve learned if they don’t pickup the phone then they are closed. I think it’d be beneficial for their customer base if they updated their hours of operation to reflect what the actual open hours are.

Great little spot for some gooey grilled cheese sandwich or quesadillas or nachos or other cheesey goodness. Super friendly staff.
