I would leave 5 stars if I would’ve rated this store 2-3 years ago. Ever since this store hired new people , I come in to get my usual and come out disappointed. There is never or barely any ice in my drinks. The quality has gone down since then. Usually I sigh in relief to see og’s on the clock, I’m not sure who trained these new people but my usual is always made badly by them. Bathrooms have also started to lack some cleaning. Sad that this store’s quality has gone down. Other than that, great customer service!

Worst experience! I always order online and make sure I give them an hour to have the drinks ready. I go in to pick up my order only to wait another 40 minutes. I understand they are busy but 40 minutes on a order you placed a hour ahead of time is unacceptable.

ok so we have been going here for a few years now and they've never failed us,, the staff is always so kind and the prices are really good! I recommend passion fruit tea w/mango boba (for only 7$ !!) or the funnel cake fries?

We were visiting a pet store nearby and saw there was a bubble tea place, so we went to try it. I got the passion fruit flavored tea with strawberry popping boba. It was not as sweet as I would have liked, but there was not an indication I could change the sweetness like at other places I’ve been, so I ended up not drinking most of it and gave it to my partner. The service was quick, the people working were nice, and the seating area was very comfortable and unique.
