How are you gonna charge .50¢ for one pack of honey mustard after I bought. A kids nugget meal (came with one pack not the one asked for), a number 1, another burger and fry. Do better at business corporate. That’s the kind of reason people don’t go back after.

I was on drive thru to order some breaks fast at 10:30am and they said is not more breakfasts but you still have your breakfast menu on it…

Thee worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Dave would be upset! Everyone working there attitudes are nasty down to the management. The customer service seriously sucks. They'll have you sitting in line at the speaker 20 mins with the inside closed and you the only car in line. The food literally is thrown together like nobody cared. My sandwich had all the condiments on one end of the burger spilling over all my bun and paper. My ride where ice cold. Probably because they took 20 mins just to pass me my food. I couldn't even complain or get fresh fries because the inside was closed and it was 8 other cars in line. I could go on and on but you get the point. Everyone needs to be fired and a whole nother crew come in down to the management. Prices too high to be getting low quality stuff

workers are rude, extremely slow
held up the whole line one of the times i was there, answering on the intercom once every ten minutes until people would leave and doing the same thing in the store
also door dashed a separate time and they wouldn’t make my worker the food and they had to cancel

Absolute Worst Experience — Extremely Disappointed
I rarely ever leave reviews, but this Wendy’s experience was unbelievably disappointing. I went through the drive-thru to order a $5 Biggie Bag (chicken sandwich, fries, nuggets, and a drink). The greeting at the window was unfriendly, but I tried to be understanding — everyone has tough days.
After waiting nearly 10 minutes for my order, I received the bag and parked in the lot to eat. To my surprise, the order was completely wrong — it had hamburgers and bacon, which I don’t consume. The dining area was closed, so I politely went back near the drive-thru window to explain the mistake.
First she kept on ignoring me and signalling me to go around and talk at the drive thru speaker , but finally she opened the window. Instead of apologizing or offering a quick fix, the staff member rudely told me to drive around again, even though there were six cars ahead — meaning another 15–20 minute wait — just to correct their mistake. When I calmly suggested that she could bring the correct order out to my car and I’d return the wrong one, she slammed the window shut mid-sentence and walked away.
I’ve noticed this location is often slow and unprofessional, but this was beyond unacceptable. Compare this to Raising Cane’s right next door — they greet customers warmly and fix any issues instantly. I made the mistake of choosing Wendy’s this time, and I regret it completely.
Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. I strongly recommend others avoid this location.

Workers were extremely rude. I was trying to tell them what I wanted to order and they kept interrupting me yelling and being smart. I then try to tell him I wanted to order a separate order and they completely ignored me and stop talking. I also called hello multiple times and I pulled up to the window to pay as soon as I went to the window they took my car, slammed the window closed and then once I grab my food, I didn't even have time to even look at my food before they slammed the window close and didn't even say anything to me both times I said thank you. They ignored it Very rude workers definitely one star even gave me the wrong food🤦♂️🤦♂️ Wendy's plz do better this bad for business

And then 2 stars because last time I was there I didn’t receive any sauce and not the first time something was wrong or missing. Also, the Drive Thru workers are so mean that they ruined my day on several occasions. They rush you, contradict you, use little to no respect, and make you feel like you’re in a fight while ordering. I’m not even going back because this is almost every time now and i can’t take the bad disrespectful energy anymore. Those ladies need to be trained on customer service before ANYTHING! I feel horrible and belittled after stopping there.
