Not happy with the staff a lady holds the drive thru not completely listening to the order what i say keep’s rushing at the end she gave the food which I didn’t expect made completely wrong food item not worth for the price👎🏻

Unsweetened tea has artificial sugar. I now have a migraine after two sips. Ingredients not listed for drinks.

Down pouring rain, and windy. Drive thru only. At the window I asked is there silverware in the bag? The woman said yes. Pull into a space to check. Nope. I had to stand in the rain to get silverware. Now I am at work in soggy wet clothing.... SMH.

This is my local Wendy's and while I love the food more than any other fast food place the service just is not up to quality. I've had countless issues with orders being wrong and many times the wait times are very long. I can say that I was always well treated and given the corrections to my order every time so it's not terrible.

Very disappointed with this place. I chose to go here specifically for their mushroom bacon burger. At the drive through i ordered a double mushroom bacon plus a Dave's double cheeseburger. They weren't busy when I pulled up shortly before 6pm. The order was quickly taken but after taking my money they asked me to pull forward. I did, then waited 12 minutes for them to bring it out. The bag only had one burger in it. I told the person who delivered it I had the wrong bag. They apologized, took the bag and said they would be right back. 8 minutes later, they came back with the same bag, and they added a second burger. When I got home and opened it up, they had the Dave's double right, but the second burger was a single cheeseburger. I chose Wendy's because I wanted the mushroom bacon burger. I paid for a mushroom bacon cheeseburger. I never received a musheoom bacon burger. After waiting 20 minutes you would think they could at least get the order right. 20 minutes is not a rushed order. They had plenty of time to double check. The only good thing i can say is the Dave's double was hot and fresh. Nothing else was. This meal cost $21.62. I feel ripped off. Sure they gave me a lot of apologies but apologies feel hollow if they can't get it right.

Yo it wasn’t best before but now this Wendy’s is absolutely terrible. I door dashed this yesterday and got the double stack biggie bag which Ik I love. Burger: dry and cold, fries: average and nuggets: cold. So disappointing cause I love Wendy’s but this one ain’t it

this was quite possibly the worst customer service experience i’ve had in a very long time. had a mobile order, manager had me come inside while there is nobody else in line.. the business was closed on the inside at the time. We walk in after already waiting 20 minutes for our food and someone the manager is even worse, makes us stand there not a word said 15 more minutes later basically slams our food on the counter and says “there”. no apology, no hello, no goodbye nothing. idk what’s wrong w the people in this building but ive worked fast food my whole life and no matter how bad of a day im having act like this. insane.
