Hands down our favorite Italian restaurant in the area! EVERYTHING is delicious!! I've transitioned to a plant-based diet and I asked for a marinara pie with mushrooms and onions...soooo good!! Highly recommend.

Since I used to work (and play) in Italy, finding an authentic restaurant for Italian food can be a challenge. Too many restaurants are just pizza parlors disguised as restaurants, recycling commercially sourced ingredients. Or they are places lacking in imagination, serving up highly Americanized menus of very ordinary fare. Tuscany Grill is locally owned and operated, and has consistently impressed us with their ability to create excellent food that is obviously freshly prepared. The menu there is broad, with something for everyone including veal, chicken, beef, seafood, and of course pastas in a myriad of different sauces. On our last dinner there my wife and I enjoyed Veal Saltimbocca and Eggplant, both of which were superb. Salads were very fresh and quite tasty. I also took a client there for a business lunch, which was also great. The restaurant has WiFi, plus a TV over the bar. My client and I enjoyed a Panini while we discussed our business. Tuscany Grill is one of the few restaurants in the area that has a wine cellar and a full bar, too. It isn't the fastest service, I guess because real food takes more time to prepare, but we think it is well worth it. Plus it is very convenient to find, as it is a few miles off I-78, just north of Clinton. We highly recommend Tuscany Grill, Judging from all the people there last time, we aren't alone in our positive opinion.

Delicious, flavorful meal for a good price, ample servings. We ended bringing half our meal home. We struck up conversations with the people around us, who all loved their dishes. The bruschetta is excellent. Good selection of beers and wines. Pleasant surroundings, nicely decorated, quiet enough for a conversation. Server could have been a bit more cheerful, but altogether a great place.
