We've been there several times. In the last two visits 6 burgers were ordered. None of them were cooked correctly. It wasn't even close. One medium rare came very well done, two medium orders - one was too well done, the other rare!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. If you have food allergies, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place. I called to ask a simple, common question about their allergy protocols—something most decent restaurants are more than willing to answer—and was immediately met with pure attitude and hostility. The man on the phone cut me off, got nasty, and acted like I was ridiculous for even asking.
Newsflash: passing a health inspection is the bare minimum. Being able to accommodate customers safely is what makes a restaurant worth visiting. Clearly, this place couldn’t care less.
Thanks for making it easy to decide NEVER to step foot in here. My entire family—who, by the way, would have been loyal customers—will be taking our business elsewhere. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

Came in for Trivia night few weeks ago, stayed for Naomi and those amazing drinks! She was super friendly and attentive, loved her personality! I wish I had her as my bartender everywhere I went. The food was good, the drinks were better, Naomi was best :)

Naomi is the absolute BEST bartender!! Her energy and attention to detail is unmatched. Was there on St. Patrick's day and was beyond impressed with her diligence and ability to keep up with the workload she was dealt working by herself with a packed house. She made the experience so enjoyable 😊 was uncomfortable with how the man who was there temporarily helping was speaking and lashing out on her though. Other than his attitude it was a very pleasant time

Fitzgerald's truly values their customers. We and friends travel quite a distance to dine here and we gladly do so. The food is great and the service unbeatable. To give an example, we had reservations last Saturday night and we had been waiting about 5 minutes. Greg, one of the hosts, came to us, apologized for the wait and bought us a round of drinks. Do they care about their clientele ......they most assuredly do. We love this place!!
