Sorry to write this but place has lost its touch. We’ve ordered from here since their opening ages ago but, since our last order we will most likely not return. We ordered dinner for pick up, 3 of the 5 entrees ordered were poorly cooked or inedible. Vegetable flat bread came burnt/black edges and completely cold (for reference it’s about a 7 minute drive from the home), steak ordered rare came medium well, no pink center and a kids macaroni and cheese ($15) tasted like boxed velveeta, processed cheese, cheese was so stiff the macaroni came out in one huge spoon. The two stars are just for the very nice staff member who took our order.

We live relatively close by and asked ourselves why don’t we go more often? The pub is great, classic pub decorations with nicely added holiday decor. Great cocktails, solid food, friendly service, a great spot.

We've been there several times. In the last two visits 6 burgers were ordered. None of them were cooked correctly. It wasn't even close. One medium rare came very well done, two medium orders - one was too well done, the other rare!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. If you have food allergies, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place. I called to ask a simple, common question about their allergy protocols—something most decent restaurants are more than willing to answer—and was immediately met with pure attitude and hostility. The man on the phone cut me off, got nasty, and acted like I was ridiculous for even asking.
Newsflash: passing a health inspection is the bare minimum. Being able to accommodate customers safely is what makes a restaurant worth visiting. Clearly, this place couldn’t care less.
Thanks for making it easy to decide NEVER to step foot in here. My entire family—who, by the way, would have been loyal customers—will be taking our business elsewhere. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

We came in during a very busy time with a big group and they were so accommodating trying to make space for us, it was so nice. Food, drinks, and service are always great too.
We really like Fitzgeralds. The food is excellent. It is a great cozy pub/ restaurant atmosphere, and the attention by the owner and service staff was ideal.

This place is definitely a wonderful experience. Marissa was an excellent bartender she was kind, professional, and catering to me and my family. The server who attended to my mother and I was very attentive to all our needs. This is place I would really love to visit again.

Came in for Trivia night few weeks ago, stayed for Naomi and those amazing drinks! She was super friendly and attentive, loved her personality! I wish I had her as my bartender everywhere I went. The food was good, the drinks were better, Naomi was best :)
