I placed an order on 4/20/24 for delivery to take advantage of the four classic burgers for $20 deal. I placed two orders and when the delivery arrived, I only received five burgers instead of eight burgers. I attended to reach out via their customer service inquiry online and was promised a response in 48 hours. I have had no response or communication from SmashBurger regarding this. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company as well.

Not a big fan! People will tell you this place is the best but those Rosemary fries had my stomach doing front flips and my bottom sore to keep it PG and since then I just cant go back. I did have to update this review the service has done a nosedive. I mean Its so bad i actually asked one girl did I do something to insult her she was just so rude. And lastly please get your door fixed I mean Its giving "Trap House" vibes.

Considering the prices for their items (bill for 3 people was $72), I expected a thick juicy burger. It was far from it. The fries were dry and hard. Disappointing.The shake was really good, but not good enough to let that price feel ok.

The gentleman that took our order was very pleasant and professional. However, the dining area needed some TLC. Too many unclean tables and the floor where we sat was unusually sticky. The burgers lacked any real seasoning or bang to them, both me and my wife's burger were bland in flavor. If I could rate the taste of the food lower than one star I would, it doesn't even deserve a rating they were just that flavorless. They were assembled well which was a plus, but the lack of flavor really made the money spent not worth it at all. This isn't my first time to Smashburger either, I went to the one located in Union on Route 22 and the same thing in terms of taste. It's a shame when a burger from Wendy's, Checkers, or McDonald's has more flavor, with Smashburger supposedly being the upper echelon of burger joints. The only real pleasure from this last visit was the Strawberry Dragonfruit fountain drink, other than that nothing to write home about and I don't think I'll be giving Smashburger another try again, it's just not worth the price for bland, tasteless food. Kudos to the employees though, very pleasant.

I placed an order with the cashier who was aloof, and would barely open her mouth to ensure that she captured my order correctly. Twenty minutes later, I made it home only to realize that my order was made incorrectly. No big deal. I reached out to the location hoping to get some resolve for the orders that were made incorrectly but instead I got Felix the “store manager” - who was rude and derogatory in his tone and requesting that I could only be refunded if I would drive TWENTY MINUTES back to the location to get a refund. No thank you, I’ll let me bank reverse the charge. Unacceptable!

Was waiting 45 mins for a cheese burger and fries. After i sat and waited they told me they gave my order to someone else that was sitting and waiting. Then made it seem that it was a problem that I was irked and ask well can you guys get that going more quickly and they had an attitude.Then the lady comes over and throws my food on the table. Ridiculous. Be better.

The burgers are good but who ever heard of an eating place that doesn't provide WATER? The servers say this is a "rule" and won't provide a cup. Do they think you are going to cheat and fill your cup with soda? What if you ask a server to get it for you? This is a ridiculous "rule" and it needs to change.
